Namaste sannyasa family and everyone.
A very warm welcome to all of you in this daily live meditation session with me,
The Anse.
We are meditating on 112 meditation techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.
Let us begin this session by taking a couple of questions from our sannyasa family.
Listen to these questions,
Contemplate over these questions,
Meditate over these questions along with me because these are also your questions along your own spiritual journey.
The first question.
I have a desire deep down in my heart that despite my multiple tries it is not happening because it involves other people.
I am disappointed because I kept trying.
I want to know whether getting out of the mind as an example,
Letting go of this desire is the way to go or I should keep trying with a different mindset as an example letting go of the outcome.
You are facing a desire that desire is involving other people.
You are trying to fulfill this desire but you keep on getting disappointed and you ask that you have these two options which you have thought.
The first option that you have thought is letting go of this desire.
Second option that you have thought is letting go of the outcome and you are asking which one to choose.
The first thing that you should understand is the outcome is the desire.
This outcome is nothing different from the desire.
The desire is of the outcome.
So the outcome and the desire are one and the same thing.
What you are saying as two options are only one option in your mind.
You are saying letting go of the desire or letting go of the outcome.
They both are the same.
And here then what you are saying is should I let go of the desire.
This is what you are asking.
Should I let go of the desire?
Can you really let go of the desire?
If you could let go of the desire,
The question would not arise in the first place.
You would have let go of the desire long ago and have dealt with that desire.
Because to let go is nearly impossible.
To let go of a desire,
Something so deep,
How can that happen?
It is not how the energies work,
It is not how the inner world works.
We say,
We read,
We hear from all different places,
From traditions,
From psychologists,
From therapists,
Let go of this,
Let go of that,
Let go of desire and you say yes,
I understand but it doesn't happen.
It is nearly impossible to let go of a desire,
To let go of a simple thing,
A simple thought is already very difficult.
To let go of a desire,
How difficult is that?
So what to do when you cannot let go of the desire?
Watch the desire.
Observe the desire.
Be in witnessing of the desire.
This is what we were discussing,
Contemplating,
Meditating over yesterday.
This watchfulness of whatever arises in your consciousness,
Whatever arises in your inner space,
Now this desire has arisen in you.
Watch this desire.
This watching itself is the solution.
This awareness of the desire is in itself the solution.
It may sound incomplete,
Unsatisfying in the beginning as an answer that awareness,
Just being aware of the desire,
How can that be a solution?
I know that I have that desire,
Is that not awareness enough?
No,
That is just a thought.
That is just on the very surface of knowing that you have a desire but you have not yet seen your desire,
You have not yet become aware of the desire.
When you become really aware of the desire,
Then that desire is melting in that awareness.
That desire is resolved,
Is solved in that awareness.
How does that happen?
In that awareness,
When you start to become aware of your desire,
It takes you to the source of the desire,
It takes you to that very moment,
To that unconscious in you,
Because all desires arise out of the unconscious.
No desire arises out of the conscious.
All desires,
Without exception,
Arise out of the unconscious.
And as you move along with awareness,
Taking a deep dive in your unawareness,
As you bring that light of awareness to that unconsciousness in you,
To that unawareness in you,
Suddenly that is lit up and the darkness disappears.
In that process,
Awareness itself becomes the solution.
And along the journey,
You see the depths of your unconscious.
And you gather that ability to put that desire that is arising,
That is about to arise,
That has not yet manifested,
A new desire that has not yet manifested,
But somewhere deep down in your unconscious is about to take a sprout,
Has not yet taken a sprout,
You can let that be in that rest,
In that light of awareness.
To see that awareness itself is the solution,
Watch your desire,
Nothing else that you could do.
Do not suppress your desire.
You suppress it from one place,
It will arise from another place.
There is suppression is not the answer.
Letting go is a theoretical answer.
Yes,
You have to let go.
If you can let go,
Then let it go.
But if you could have let go,
The question would not have arisen in the first place.
So watch your desire,
Go into your unconscious where this desire is arising from.
What is this desire,
Not just the words,
Not just the feeling,
Not just the sensation,
The wisdom of it.
Everything in you carries a certain wisdom.
Every desire,
Everything that you go through in life carries a certain wisdom.
So go into the wisdom of that desire by being aware of that desire,
By being watchful of that desire,
By observing that desire,
By witnessing that desire and yourself in that process in that desire.
You say it involves other people.
It does not involve other people.
You may be surprised when I say it does not involve other people.
It involves your projection on other people.
Whatever desire you have,
It is a projection of your mind onto other people.
There is nobody in your desire.
You are all alone in this desire.
Nobody is involved.
No people are involved in this desire.
It's your projection on the other people that makes you think that they are involved in this desire.
So see that it is your projection,
Not the other people that are involved in that desire.
You say,
I have a desire deep down in my heart.
See that no desire arises in the heart.
All desires are arising in the mind,
In the unconsciousness of the mind.
No desire arises in the heart.
It may be that the desire is so strong,
The unconsciousness is so strong that it appears to come from somewhere deep and you don't know where it is coming from.
So you are pointing at your heart because it is gripping your entire energies.
Your love,
Your heart may be occupied to fulfill that desire,
But that desire is not arising in your heart.
When we say this desire,
I have this desire in my heart,
Essentially what we are saying is I have a very strong desire in my unconscious of the mind,
But my heart is also empowering because heart is so beautiful,
Love is so beautiful.
It doesn't care whether you are having a conscious thought or an unconscious thought,
A desire or an emotion or anything.
It always supports you,
It follows along,
Your love empowers you,
Your heart empowers you in whatever you do.
So in this misery of getting caught in the desire,
Even the heart is looked in.
But see that this desire never arises from the heart.
And desire is always creating misery.
You say,
I am disappointed because I kept trying.
This disappointment,
This misery is the nature of the desire.
It is never the nature of the heart.
If it was arising in your heart,
If something was arising in your heart,
If this was love,
It would never be miserable.
Love can never be desire,
Love can never be miserable.
Love is always freedom.
What you put on top of the love,
The desire that you put,
The desire and thousand and one desires that you let arise in yourself as there is some love in you and those desires arising in the mind starting to create projections of the mind,
They are the ones creating the misery and the pain.
Love is always freedom.
Love is always healing.
Love is always expansion.
The desires are what keeps you into misery,
Keeps you into pain.
So watch the desire.
That's the only way if you cannot let go of the desire.
The second question.
I'm so much in love with you,
What to do?
I've also always been in love with you from the very beginning.
What took you so long to realize?
You say I'm so much in love with you,
What to do?
See that this journey that we are taking,
It begins with love.
It begins with Behravi falling in love with Bhairava.
Unless Behravi falls in love with Bhairava,
There is no discourse possible.
Behravi cannot give the discourse unless Behravi falls in love with Bhairava.
Unless the unconsciousness in you falls in love with the consciousness,
There is no possibility of the merging of the unconscious,
Of the merging of the unconscious into the conscious.
Of this transformation is not possible.
So from the very beginning,
I'm reminding all of us that this journey only begins with love.
It only happens when the love arises.
It is not that love arises somewhere on the way,
But the love arises from the very beginning unless there is this love arising,
There is no possibility of this journey,
Of this transformation,
Of this energy of Tantra.
You may have love for me because I'm a part of this Tantra vibration,
Creating this space of the Tantra vibration.
So this love is for this Tantra vibration.
This love is in this space of Tantra vibration.
And not only you,
Unless each one of you feels this love,
Is in this love of this vibration,
Of this space,
Of this source.
No transformation is possible.
Otherwise these are just words,
These are just some entertainments.
They will touch your mind slightly.
They will move you a little,
But they will not throw you off your position.
You have to be in love for transformation.
You have to be touched deeply in your heart,
Deeply in your spirit.
Unless that happens,
You will never move from your position where you are.
You will take whatever is being said.
You will go through those experiences as beautiful experiences,
But they will not remain transformed.
So see that this love is essential.
Do not block it.
If it is there,
Let that love become the ground for your transformation.
At the same time,
Do not bring the desires.
The desires are of the mind.
Leave the love as love in you,
In your heart expanding.
When you say what to do,
What you could do is to take this love as initiation.
As an initiation into your spiritual journey,
Into your spiritual transformation,
Follow this love.
Allow this love to expand in you,
To become the energy of the change,
Energy of the transformation in you.
And spread this love to others.
Spread this love to yourself,
To others,
And in that love gather the energy to bring that change in your life,
Which you always have been waiting for in your life.
Take this love as an initiation to raise you from where you have always been and always wanting to rise to a place where the energies are finally authentic,
Where the energies that are there rising in you are allowing your expression into the world.
So let this love touch you,
Raise your vibrations to a level,
To a point where you live an authentic life,
You live who you really are.
Let us move into silence,
Let us move into meditation for the next minutes and contemplate on the love in our heart,
On allowing the love in our heart to expand and observing the desires that come along,
The sensations that are desires,
Observing them before they even begin to arise.
Please close your eyes.
Take a posture that is comfortable for you.
Your body in balance,
Not leaning forwards or backwards,
Nor sideways,
In balance,
In restfulness,
In alertness.
Awareness in your inner space.
With a sense of love for this space,
For this tantra vibration.
If you feel like feeling heartbroken,
Yourluster willentle quiet within the and observe your inner space thoughts may arise emotions may arise desires may arise simply observe,
Watch your inner space you you you with a sense of love in your heart observing your inner space you you observing The sensations.
Observing the thoughts.
And subtler movements.
Simply observing your inner space.
Not trying to hold on to anything.
Not concentrating.
Not trying to change anything.
Observing the inner space.
Not trying to hold on to anything.
Not trying to hold on to anything.
And silence arises.
Stillness arises.
Not trying to hold on to anything.
Not trying to hold on to anything.
No movement.
No doing.
Resting in awareness.
No moving.
No moving.
No moving.
Stillness.
Silence.
Awareness.
No moving.
Allowing the awareness to expand.
The silence to become deeper.
No moving.
No moving.
No moving.
No moving.
And very gently and slowly.
You may open your eyes.
Maintaining the stillness,
The silence and the awareness.
Allowing your love to expand and not only remain in these moments but become a part of the whole of your life.
In whatever you do,
In whichever situation you are.
If that love has arisen in you,
You have been tuning in,
Flowing along for some time and that love has arisen in you as well.
You are more than welcome to flow along with me and with the sannyasa family towards truth,
