In spirituality, nothing is achieved unless you are ready to lose it all - your body, your mind, your self. Unless all that is not you are dropped, there is no possibility for the Truth to arise. Namaste sannyasa family and everyone.

A very warm welcome to all of you in this daily live meditation session with me,

Dhyansay.

We're meditating on 112 meditation techniques of Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.

If you're ready to lose it all,

You win.

If you're ready to lose it all,

You win.

This principle applies to almost every aspect of life.

Be it business,

Be it love,

Be it spirituality,

This principle that when you are ready to lose it all,

You win.

You must have experienced this on and off in your life as well.

In different situations,

In business,

In negotiation,

You go to a shop,

You are in a shop,

You like something is of your desire,

As long as you really like that,

As long as you are held onto that desire,

As long as you want to have it,

You will pay the price,

You know that you will lose something.

But the moment you are ready to lose it,

The shopkeeper,

He knows that the customer is not a customer anymore and he's going to give you whatever you want at what you desire.

So unless you're ready to lose,

You don't win.

Therefore in shops as well,

You see if you go with children,

You can never win with the shopkeeper because the shopkeeper knows that the children,

They are not having the mindset to lose,

They are there to have what they want,

They are there with the stubbornness,

With the desire,

Therefore you never win.

In any kind of negotiation,

In any kind of business,

You see unless you are ready to lose,

You are never winning.

And in this negotiation,

It always comes to that point where unless you are ready to lose,

You never win.

One old rich oil tycoon,

He went to a bar in Texas,

He shouted out loud,

He said,

I'm going to give a million dollars to whosoever is ready to have sex with me.

A woman raised her hand and said,

I will have sex with you for a million dollars.

The old tycoon looked at her and said,

Okay lady,

What if I give you only forty dollars,

Will you have sex with me?

The lady said,

What do you think,

Who am I?

The old tycoon said,

That we have already established,

Now we are negotiating.

When you are in negotiation,

You must be ready to lose.

This is about business.

Now love.

The difference between business and love,

Here is in business,

You have to let go of the desire of the object that you want.

You must be ready to lose the object that is of your desire to win.

But in love,

In spirituality,

You have to lose yourself.

In love,

You have to lose your mind for your heart to win.

You will never be able to win in love unless you are ready to lose your mind.

Unless you are ready to lose your rationals,

Your logics,

Your inner conversation,

You will never flow with the energy of love unless the mind is there,

Unless the self is there,

Unless the ego is there.

If you want to win in love,

Be ready to lose yourself.

Be ready to lose your mind.

Be ready to lose all the inner calculations,

All what keeps you away from love,

What held you back from love.

If you want to win in love,

You have to lose yourself.

And same is in spirituality.

If you want to win in spirituality,

You will have to lose yourself.

You will have to lose your ego,

You will have to lose your mind,

You will have to lose your inner calculation.

But there is again a slight difference between love and spirituality.

In love,

In business,

You know what you are going to win.

You know your goal.

You know your aim.

You know what is the outcome,

What will you get.

That is in front of you.

In spirituality,

You do not know what you are going to win.

That is an unknown.

So it is one of the greatest gambles where the ask is to lose yourself.

The ask is to lose your mind.

The ask is to lose all what you call as yourself.

But you don't know what you are going to win.

And this gamble is one of the greatest gambles ever played ever possible.

And 99.

99% of us,

When we come to spirituality,

We want to have something out of it,

But we are also not ready to lose ourselves.

We are not ready to lose the idea of who we really are.

Therefore we just come to the doors of spirituality and walk back.

We never really enter into it because the entrance requires you to lose first.

And not everyone is geared,

Is wired,

Is courageous enough to lose oneself,

To gain something that is of the unknown.

Unlike business,

Unlike love,

In spirituality,

This win is a guarantee.

That is something that has happened across history,

Across time.

Whosoever has went into the doors of spirituality,

Through the doors of spirituality,

Losing oneself has always won,

Has always became a Buddha,

Has always became himself,

Has always became herself.

Because when you are passing through this door of spirituality,

Losing all what you call as yourself,

Losing all the form that you are holding onto,

Then you are really landing where you really are.

In your own truth,

In your own reality,

You come back home.

But this connect is something that is unknown.

This who you really are is the unknown as a beginning,

It remains as an assumption.

So while you are on this path of spirituality,

Remember,

Unless you lose yourself,

Unless you are ready to lose it all,

You will never win.

And meditation is that process.

Meditation is that greatest loss,

That loss of everything.

In the moments of silence,

In the moments of meditation,

You lose everything.

You lose your body,

You lose your mind,

You lose everything that you are holding onto.

And unless you do that,

This stress that you are carrying in you,

This tension that you are carrying in you,

This something that you are holding onto because of whatever in life,

All that has to be for a few moments.

You have to let go of it all.

You have to be in absolute total surrender without expecting anything,

Without wanting anything,

Without knowing what the outcome is.

Letting that unknown and diving into that unknown be your goal and in that process losing it all,

Losing completely your mind,

Losing your body,

Losing all the sense that you are having which is always keeping you contracted,

Holding onto ideas,

Holding onto thoughts.

You see while you are sitting in silence,

Even for few minutes,

You cannot let go of your thoughts.

Something arises and you want to grab hold onto it.

You want to preserve it as if it is something so valuable and afterwards you realize what you are holding onto,

That was just a silly idea.

Silly things going on within us but we are holding onto them,

Holding onto all those ideas and also the idea of self,

Who we are,

All the labels,

All the descriptions,

Holding onto them tightly just to not let go of them,

Just in the fear of the unknown.

And is that chance,

Is that process,

Is that greatest let go,

Greatest surrender where for few moments you absolutely let go of everything.

And whatever remains,

Whatever remains is what you,

Who you really are and whatever is lost in that process was never you in the first place.

So there is no fear,

It is just a bad habit,

Just an assumption that we are holding onto all throughout our lives.

So as you sit in this session,

As you sit in any meditation session,

Give yourself those few moments of absolutely letting go,

Of losing it all,

Being ready to lose it all for something that is unknown yet very very much core,

Very much the truth of who you really are.

Let us hear what Bhairava has to say in Vigyan Bhairav Tantra to help us to come closer to this unknown,

To let go into this unknown.

Bhairava says,

Just as waves arise from water,

Flames from fire,

And light rays from the sun,

The differentiated aspects of the universe have arisen from me,

Bhairava.

Let me repeat,

Just as waves arise from water,

Flames from fire,

And light rays from the sun,

The differentiated aspects of the universe have arisen from me,

Bhairava.

What is Bhairava trying to say here?

He is saying,

Just as waves arise from water,

He is indicating at the form and the formless.

The source is the formless,

The form that has arisen out of the source,

Out of the formless,

Just as the waves arise from water.

And when these waves are ready to lose their form,

Lose themselves as waves,

They go back into water,

They go back to their source,

It is the same process in which you go back to your source.

You lose your form,

Once again merge back into the formless.

He says,

Flames from fire,

Light rays from sun,

He is just giving examples,

Pointing out to say that if you are ready to lose your form,

Once you are ready to lose your form,

Then you win.

What do you win?

You win the formless.

Once you are ready to lose the small,

The individual,

You win the whole.

You are once again back into the source,

Where you come from,

The source of everything,

The source of your existence,

The source of your life,

The source of your creation.

But you have to be ready to lose the form.

And this is the hint which you can take in your meditation while you are in silence.

Whatever form arises in you,

Be it thoughts,

Be it ideas,

Be it images,

Anything that arises in you,

The sense of the body,

The sense of the mind,

The sense of anything that arises in you,

These are all forms.

Forms of the formless,

Of the Bhairava,

Of this pure consciousness.

All arising in your consciousness,

All arising as contents in your consciousness are forms of the formless,

Of the pure consciousness.

Go back to the source,

Go back to pure consciousness by being ready to lose it all,

By being ready to lose the form.

Let us practice this in our silence,

In our meditation for the next minutes.

Whatever arises in you,

See that there is a form to it.

You are holding on to that form and let go of that form.

Be ready to lose it all.

Be ready to lose your body,

Be ready to lose your mind,

Be ready to lose everything that you know about yourself as who you are,

Even the sense of self.

Be ready to lose it all and move in that silence,

In that infinite,

Vast consciousness,

This wholeness that we are beyond our individualities,

Beyond our egos,

Beyond our sense of self.

Please close your eyes and take a posture that is comfortable for you.

A posture so relaxed that it allows you to let go of your body.

A posture yet so alert that you are aware that you don't fall into sleep,

Into unconscious.

You remain alert and relaxed.

As the body settles,

Your breath settles,

Your mind calms down.

And you turn your awareness inwards,

Towards your inner space.

Let it burst,

Tearing down,

Sequel to skywardday.

Thank you.

Be ready to lose it all.

Whatever arises in your consciousness,

You simply observe,

Remain silent.

Be ready to lose it.

To let all forms merge,

Melt,

Disappear into the formless.

Be ready to lose it.

Be ready to lose it.

Let go of your body.

Don't hold on to any aspect of your body.

Let go of your body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body towards your inner space.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of your mind.

Not holding on to any thought,

Any image,

Any idea.

Being ready to lose it all.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Without exception,

Letting go of all.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of even that loss thing that you are holding onto.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Let go of all your energy away from the body.

Thank you for this interesting enlightenment. I see I yet have much work to do to achieve this unshackled state. I shall keep trying.
