As my mind stills,

And my body relaxes,

I start to feel so light and free.

And I start to feel my heart opening,

Softening,

As my spirit steps forward.

As it radiates from my heart,

And the warmth spreads across my entire body,

Radiating out.

And I am reminded of how loved and cherished I am.

I am reminded that I am all that I need.

I give love and thanks for all that I am.
