Let's begin a short meditation to help you release the overwhelm from social media.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Allow your body to relax.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

As you breathe in,

Imagine gathering all the thoughts,

Images,

And emotions that social media has stirred up in you today.

As you exhale,

Let them drift away like leaves carried by the wind.

Breathe in,

Gather.

Breathe out,

Release.

Feel your shoulders drop,

Tension melting away with each breath.

Now bring your attention to your heart.

Imagine a warm,

Golden light glowing within your chest.

This light represents your inner peace and balance,

Untouched by the noise of the outside world.

With each inhale,

Feel this light expanding,

Filling your entire body with calm energy.

As you exhale,

Silently repeat,

I am centered.

I am free.

I am centered.

I am free.

Let these words flow through you,

Grounding you deeper in your sense of self,

Away from any distractions.

Take another deep breath in and feel the air filling your lungs,

Bringing you fully back into this present moment.

Exhale gently,

Releasing any lingering overwhelm.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing this sense of calm with you and returning to your day.
