Allowing these readings to be absorbed.
Don't confuse your life with your life situation.
Your life situation may be full of problems.
Most life situations are.
But do you have a problem at this moment?
Not tomorrow or later.
Right now.
The mind unconsciously loves problems because they give you an identity of sorts.
Problems mean that you're dwelling on a situation mentally and making it part of your sense of self.
Becoming overwhelmed by your life situation.
You lose your sense of life.
Of being.
Don't carry the burden of all the things you may have to do in the future.
Just focus your attention on the one thing that you can do now.
When you create a problem,
You create pain for yourself and others.
Don't contaminate your beautiful inner space with negativity.
As you accept what is,
Release resistance and honour the present moment.
All unhappiness and struggle dissolve and life begins to flow with joy and ease.
When we focus on problems,
There's no room for a solution.
Create some space.
Observe the rhythm of your breath.
Feel the air flowing in and out.
Listen to the silence underneath the sounds.
Feel the energy inside your body.
Leave behind the deadening world of mental abstraction.
The insane mind that is draining you of your life energy.
Feel the heavy burden lifting.
A sense of lightness.
Find the life under your life situation.
Your life situation is mind stuff.
Your life is real.
Find the narrow gate that leads to life.
It is called the now.
Every choice you make is a path chosen.
What are you choosing today?
Only in the present moment can the path be seen with clarity.
