So finding your comfortable position,
Closing the eyes,
Placing your awareness on your breath,
Breathing in slowly,
And then breathing out longer,
Deeper and slower.
Finding your stillness and allowing these readings to absorb.
Are you worried?
Do you have many what ifs?
Creating fear for future situations.
Fear comes in many forms,
Unease,
Worry,
Anxiety,
Nervousness,
Tension,
Dread,
Phobias and so on.
This kind of psychological fear is always of something that might happen,
Not of something happening now.
You are in the here and now while your mind is in the future.
This creates an anxiety gap and if you are identified with your mind and have lost touch with the power and simplicity of the present moment,
That anxiety gap will be your constant companion.
You can always cope with the present moment but you cannot cope with something that is only a mind projection.
You cannot cope with the future.
An emotion is your body's reaction to your mind.
What messages is your body continuously receiving from the ego?
The mind made self.
And what is the emotion generated?
Fear,
Of course.
Stop this ill health and life corroding insanity simply by acknowledging the present moment.
Become aware of your breathing,
Your inner energy field.
What is wrong in this moment?
You can always cope with the now.
Most humans are never fully present in the now because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one.
But then you miss your whole life which is never not now.
You can always cope with the now but you can never cope with the future nor do you have to.
The answer,
The strength,
The right action or the resource will be there when you need it.
Not before,
Not after.
Find your stillness,
Enter the gap and allow.
