Finding your comfortable position.
Gently closing your eyes.
Finding some stillness.
And start to observe your breath.
Breathing in slowly.
And a longer,
Slower deep breath And allow these readings to be absorbed.
The body is an intricate web,
A matrix of invisible pathways transporting electrical currents throughout the body,
Sending vital energy around.
The nervous system is the electrical wiring that runs the machine of our body.
A calm mind opens the door to wellbeing.
Watch the thinker to activate a higher state of consciousness.
Virtually everyone has voices in their heads all the time,
Involuntary thought processes.
This voice will interpret a situation based on the past,
Rehearsing and imagining future scenarios,
Usually negative.
This is called worry.
Worry is misuse of the imagination.
80-90% of people's thinking is repetitive,
Useless,
Negative and harmful,
Causing a serious leakage of vital energy.
Compulsive thinking,
If it's something that you can't stop,
Is an addiction.
We can literally become addicted to our own thoughts.
Pay attention to repetitive thought patterns.
Watch the thinker,
But listen,
Do not judge,
As that is letting the judge in through the back door.
The I am is the sense of your own presence.
The thought loses its power and quickly subsides.
When gaps appear,
A sense of stillness and peace will deepen.
Joy will arise from within.
Eventually you will be able to smile at that voice in your head,
Like at the antics of a child,
And not take the content too seriously.
To know yourself as the being underneath the thinker,
The stillness underneath the mental noise,
The love and joy underneath the pain,
Is freedom,
Salvation,
Enlightenment.
Thank you for listening.
