
Exercise, Be Fit & Be Healthy: A Daily Practice
This works best as a daily practice. Listen to this session as a guided meditation or play it on low volume and fall asleep to it nightly. The goal of this session is to relax and quiet the conscious mind enough in order to allow the unconscious mind to be ready to receive and accept all of the positive suggestions for your highest good. This is for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life to exercise, be fit and be healthy.
Transcript
So,
Go ahead now and find a comfortable place to sit or lay and just begin to breathe and just begin to relax and let go,
Relaxing all the muscles in your body,
Starting with the head,
Moving down to the neck and shoulders,
Down each of your arms to the fingertips and relaxing the upper body and the hips.
That relaxation is now coming down to the legs and through the feet and all the way to the toes as we also ground your energy and imagine all any stress or tension just going down your body like a wave of relaxation and leaving your body through the feet,
Being absorbed by the earth,
Neutralized by the earth,
Grounding your energy and feeling so calm and relaxed and relaxing the mind and taking a few deep breaths and maybe repeating in your mind the words,
Relax,
Let go.
You are now so comfortable and deeply relaxed that your mind is in tune with my voice and is very receptive to the words that you hear.
Every suggestion that I say to your unconscious mind is for your own health and well-being and it will sink deeply,
So deeply into the unconscious mind that it will cause such a deep and lasting impression that nothing will erase it.
And these new habits that I suggest to your unconscious mind will begin to have a greater and more powerful influence over the way you think,
Over the way you feel and over the way you behave.
Change has already begun within you.
From this moment on,
Each and every day,
You begin to feel much more energetic.
You feel more energetic than you have in a very,
Very long time,
More motivated,
More motivated than you have in a very,
Very long time,
Possibly even more than you ever have before.
And this new found energy and motivation that you have now is a new motivation for life,
A new motivation for a healthy mind and body.
You already know how important your physical health is for you to have a healthy mind and body and you are no longer willing to accept old excuses.
You are no longer willing to give in to old,
Maladaptive,
Self-destructive habits.
You are no longer willing to let yourself down.
You are no longer willing to go another day without living your best life.
You are ready and excited to live,
Live this new love for life.
To do this,
You know you need to live a healthy,
Active lifestyle every single day.
This includes daily exercise,
Healthy eating habits,
And healthy life choices.
This is your time.
You are ready to take back control of your life.
And so each and every day,
You feel the overwhelming urge to exercise your body.
You will feel an overwhelming urge to move and stretch your body,
Strengthen your mind and heart with cardiovascular exercises,
And strengthen your muscles with weight resistance each and every day.
You know your body better than anyone.
You know to listen to your body and do what you can each and every day.
You know exactly when to push yourself to improve and when to draw back to give it rest.
You honor your body by working out safely to protect it from injury.
You understand that these positive changes can take some time to see.
But you will feel these positive changes immediately.
Every time you move your body and stretch,
You will feel stronger.
Every time you do cardio,
You will feel healthier.
Every time you do weight resistance,
You will feel more confident.
Every time you make a healthy choice in life,
You will feel happier.
This is what motivates you.
Every time you make a healthy life choice,
A life choice for yourself,
You will be reinforcing yourself to make another healthy life choice and another and another and another and so on and so on until you not only feel great,
You look great too.
You go to bed every night feeling more confident in your ability to do whatever it is that you want in life,
Whatever it is you want to achieve.
And you awaken each and every morning feeling relaxed and refreshed,
Looking forward to your day ahead.
And of course,
Because you are exercising more,
You are also sleeping better.
When you wake up,
You are thoroughly refreshed and your mind is alert and raring to go.
Throughout your day,
You feel enthusiastic and excited about exercising later,
Knowing you are becoming physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally healthier and happier.
And because all of these things will begin to happen exactly as I tell you,
They will happen more and more rapidly,
Powerfully and completely.
You feel much happier,
Much more connected,
More motivated,
More creative,
More optimistic in every way.
You become someone that you can rely upon,
Depend upon.
You become more confident.
You love yourself and you love who you are,
As you are.
You begin to exercise regularly because you have decided to do it,
Because you want to do it,
Because you enjoy doing it.
That's right.
You exercise for no other reason than the fact that you want to do it.
And you feel good within yourself knowing that you have made this decision and have made it happen.
And as this begins to happen every day,
You find yourself better able to motivate yourself to exercise and achieve everything you set out to do.
The picture you have of yourself in your mind's eye,
Picture the person,
Picture you as you want to be.
The person that you know that you will be soon.
Picture this person now.
Exercise is becoming increasingly important for your sense of well-being and you make sure that you have time to exercise every day.
And if you don't have the time,
Then you make it.
That's right.
You make time because you realize that it takes priority over other unnecessary tasks.
And now I'd like you to bring that person who you'd like to be,
That person you know you will be,
Into your mind's eye.
Visualize that person now.
And I'd like you to think about why this is important to you.
Why do you want this for yourself so badly?
Now imagine that you have reached your desired goal,
Your desired outcome.
Imagine you have already accomplishment.
What do you look like physically now that you have accomplished your goals?
What does it feel like mentally?
What does it feel like emotionally now that you have accomplished your goals?
You must feel so proud of yourself,
So strong,
So confident,
Healthy,
Happy.
Keep this vision of yourself in your mind's eye for a few more moments and really take it in.
This is you,
The truest,
Healthiest version of you.
Breathe into the new you,
The healthy you,
The fit you.
Take it in and accept it,
Own it,
Because this is the new you.
Breathe into the feeling now of accomplishing these goals.
Perhaps you can come up with one word to describe this very moment,
A word that you'll be able to recall later to remind yourself of your goals and this feeling of accomplishment.
Repeat this word in your mind three times,
And you will remember this word when you awake to full awakened consciousness.
Perhaps there's a song that plays in the background as you experience this very moment,
A song that motivates you,
A song that you'll be able to recall later to remind yourself of your goals and this feeling of accomplishment.
Hear this song as it plays in the background of your life.
Repeat the name of this song three times in your mind,
And you will remember the name of this song when you awake to full awakened consciousness.
Good.
And now you have created new neural pathways in your unconscious mind.
And whenever you think of exercising and making healthy life choices,
This vision of your own accomplishments will automatically come to mind.
The word you chose and the song you chose will also trigger this positive outcome.
Your motivation to exercise grows stronger and stronger each and every day.
You simply cannot wait to start participating in life again,
Living life again,
Creating and accomplishing goals,
Being creative and motivated,
Being fit,
Healthy,
And happy.
And each and every day,
You feel better and better,
Stronger and stronger,
Healthier and happier.
And now thank yourself.
Thank yourself for choosing you.
And now taking a couple of conscious,
Very deep breaths,
Intentional breaths,
As you become aware of your body and begin to awaken it,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and opening your eyes.
Taking one last big,
Deep breath in,
Accessing that confidence,
That energy,
Knowing that moving forward from here on out,
You can access that energy anytime you need it.

This track is AMAZING and life changing. I have listened every morning for the last 7 days. The chocolate cravings disappeared after day one. I am eating healthy food and I have exercised everyday. Thank you for a powerful message and meditation. Exercise has been difficult my whole life, doing well for a time, meeting goals but then letting it go and,of course, losing my progress. I’m in a time of my life that I need to make exercise a priority for the rest of my life. I believe this meditation will help me do this.
