Welcome to this 15-minute meditation journey inspired by the teachings of Shiva.

Find a comfortable and quiet place where you can sit or lie down without any distractions.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep,

Cleansing breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let's begin by bringing our attention to the present moment.

Notice the sensations in your body,

The sounds around you and the feeling of the air against your skin.

Allow yourself to become fully aware of the here and now.

Now I will guide you through the technique mentioned by Shiva.

Stop the doors of the senses when feeling the creeping of an ant.

To practice this technique,

Imagine that you are feeling the creeping of an ant on your skin.

It could be any subtle sensation.

As you imagine this sensation,

Bring your awareness to it completely.

As you focus on this sensation,

Begin to close the doors of your senses.

Imagine that you are closing the doors of your eyes,

Ears,

Nose,

Mouth and even your sense of touch.

Visualize these doors gently closing one by one until your senses are completely closed off from the external world.

Now take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Letting go of any tension or thoughts.

With your senses closed,

You are withdrawing from the outer world and turning inward.

Imagine that you are like a statue,

Unmovable and unaffected by the external world.

Feel as if you have become one with the sensation of the creeping ant.

You are so absorbed in this sensation that you have transcended the physical body and its limitations.

As you maintain this focus,

Notice what happens to your perception of time and space.

The concept of time starts to fade away and the boundaries of your physical body become less distinct.

You are no longer separate from the sensation or the world around you.

Everything begins to dissolve.

As you maintain this focus,

You are no longer separate from the sensation or the world around you.

Be fully present in this moment of inner stillness and deep connection.

Now,

Gradually start to bring your awareness back to your physical body and the present moment.

Begin to gently open the doors of your senses,

One by one,

Allowing the external world to enter your awareness again.

Before we conclude this meditation,

Let's take a moment to cultivate loving-kindness.

In your mind,

Offer yourself the following phrases.

May I be safe.

May I be happy.

May I be healthy.

May I live with ease.

Repeat these phrases with sincerity,

Extending this loving-kindness to yourself.

Take a moment to stretch if you need to.

Thank you for joining me in this meditation journey.

May you continue to explore the depths of your inner world,
