Allow your eyes to close if that feels safe and allow your entire body to melt,

Sink into whatever is holding you.

Allow yourself to be held,

Feeling the support of this moment.

Despite the unknown,

You are free to just rest here.

Feel the inhale open your heart.

Feel the exhale soften your shoulders.

Focusing your mind's awareness to your breath.
