Soundcap bell Get it.

And it's just the quality of the mind that is going up and down.

The mind is very sattvic and it is in a very calm quiet like a serene lake.

And the automatic currents in the lake cannot reflect the sun beautifully.

And that's okay.

That's okay.

You want to become serene.

You are like pushing the lake.

That happens.

That happens because sometimes there is so much stresslessness happening and I can't I can't like I am just aimlessly just getting up and walking around but then I don't want to walk around I want to sit down but I am not able to sit down.

So in these kind of moments how do I realise like there is this knowingness ki restlessness ho raha hai.

And I am trying to calm that restlessness.

Don't try that.

You have to see eer restlessness jo hai kaha hai.

Knowingness mein hai kya.

Oh.

It's not like you are not feeling it.

It's not like you are feeling it.

It's not like you are feeling it.

It's not like you are feeling it.

Oh.

You know what to do it nahin.

Noor knows ki restlessness ho raha hai.

Matlab it is separate no.

Haan matlab we say the foreground noor is at the background.

I know this restlessness is happening because of this restlessness.

Where is it happening?

In this body mind complex.

So the mind is restless or the body is restless correct.

Yeah.

But yeah.

Is the noor restless?

No.

Is the noor restless?

No.

No.

The mind is restless.

No.

The mind is restless.

No.

The mind is restless.

No.

The mind is restless.

No.

The mind is restless.

Yes.

Yes.

So the mind is noor restless.

No.

No.

Correct.

So that's what you have to stop identifying with that which is restless and come to that which is not restless.

Ik na simple hai.

Okay.

Abhi body mein restlessness hai toh thik hai.

Okay.

Noor is who I am.

And I am not restless.

The body is restless.

That's okay.

It needs to walk up and down to get the energy out and that's fine.

Let the body walk up and down.

Noor doesn't go anywhere.

Noor does not come in from anywhere.

Noor does not become restless.

Noor does not get touched.

Get it?

I think I was fighting.

I was trying to figure out how to calm this restless sit down and sit down in one place and not move.

You know what you're saying?

I didn't miss you but I captured you.

You're trying to control the universe and you're trying to say the entire universe should run on my fingers.

If I say be energetic,

You should be energetic.

If I say no,

Be slow and calm and quiet,

You should be calm and quiet.

No.

This is the way of nature.

Like seasons come and go like that in the body and mind.

Certain energies rise and fall.

Recognize that I am the noor of this rising and falling energy or this changing seasons of the body and mind.

I am not the body and mind.

I am the noor of this rising and falling energy or this changing seasons of the body and mind.

I am not the body and mind.
