Hello,

My name is Ilana Storolnick.

I am a Florida-based licensed clinical social worker,

And I'm going to lead you in a short bedtime meditation.

Start off by taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

On our final breath,

I want you to breathe in as many memories as you can from the day,

Particularly the distressing ones.

I want you to breathe it in with a lot of force and then breathe it out with the same force,

Letting it all go.

We will begin now in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Now you are ready for bed.

Good night.
