Good morning.

Today we will start our meditation to set us up for the day.

Just sitting in a nice comfortable position.

Relaxing our shoulders.

Taking a deep inhale in and letting it go with a sigh.

Just bringing your thoughts to the day before.

Just thinking about one thing that you are grateful for.

Bringing that thing to your mind's eye.

Just continuing to inhale and exhale through your nose.

As you think about that one thing that you are grateful for from yesterday.

As we start to think about the day ahead.

We are just going to bring an intention to our mind.

An intention for the day.

That intention could be to be kind to ourselves.

To be kind to others.

Perhaps to have positive thoughts.

Perhaps to catch ourselves when we start to have negative thoughts.

Whatever your intention is for your day.

Just bringing it to your mind.

Just continuing to focus on your inhale and your exhale.

Checking in with your body.

Just making sure you are still comfortable.

Focusing on that inhale and that exhale as you think about your intention for the day.

Knowing that there is going to be more things today that you are grateful for.

And more things that you can think about tomorrow.

Continuing to focus on that inhale and that exhale.

Letting all of the tension come out of your body.

Taking a nice big deep inhale in through your nose.

Filling up your lungs.

Letting it out with a deep deep sigh.

Slowly,

Slowly starting to bring some movement to your fingers and your toes.

And start to open your eyes to begin your day.
