There is a stillness to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself.

Welcome,

Dear one.

As you embark on this transformative practice,

Take a moment to acknowledge that it is perfectly alright to start exactly where you are.

You are in a safe space,

Free of judgement and expectations.

Your only task during this time is to focus on the present moment and let go of any thoughts that pass through your mind.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

Whichever suits you best.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.

Good.

Let your body relax with each exhale.

Very good.

Let us initiate our time together with a hold coherence breathing exercise,

A gentle rhythm that synchronizes your being.

Breathe in deeply,

Counting to five,

Allowing the air to fill your lungs.

Hold for a moment,

Feeling the expanding sensation within.

And as you exhale,

Release the breath slowly,

Counting to five once again.

Feel the immediate calm enveloping you,

As if a serene breeze is gently caressing your soul.

Let's practice together.

Breathe in,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Hold.

Exhale slowly,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And five,

Rest.

Very good.

Again,

Breathe in,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Hold.

Exhale slowly,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And five,

Rest.

Good.

Now let your mind wander to the breathtaking scene of a serene lake at the break of dawn.

As the first rays of sunlight pierce through the horizon,

The surface of the water becomes a mirror,

Reflecting the vastness of the sky above.

Each thought that crosses your mind is like a ripple that gracefully emerges and then disappears,

Leaving the water's surface smooth once again.

As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily,

Allow yourself to become fully immersed in this tranquil scene.

Bring your attention back to your breath,

As it becomes the anchor that grounds you in this moment.

Notice how each inhalation brings a sense of lightness and clarity,

While each exhalation releases any tension or stress within you.

Allow yourself to be fully present with each breath,

Letting go of any distractions or worries.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this tranquil image of the smooth surface of the serene lake,

And let it bring you a sense of calmness and peace.

Repeat the mantra,

I am calm.

I am at peace.

As you say these words,

Feel them resonate within your body.

With each repetition,

Allow the mantra to flow through every cell of your being,

Washing away any tension.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

As you continue to float into this space of stillness,

It is time to gently introduce affirmations.

These powerful statements are echoes of your deepest truths and serve as beacons of light,

Guiding you to inner peace.

With each affirmation,

Picture them as seeds planting firmly in your mind,

Taking root and growing with every word,

Positively transforming your subconscious.

I am safe and at peace within myself,

Anchored in my own sanctuary of serenity.

I am becoming more calm and centered,

Finding solace in the rhythm of my breath.

I release tension and welcome tranquility,
