Halfway through our discussion about Gratitude this week, we explore its connection to inspiration and creativity. Given the high vibrations of gratitude, it should not be surprising that gratitude and creativity are closely linked. In fact, a state of intense gratitude and thankfulness is not only a beautiful way, bringing yourself vibrationally into the vicinity of inspiration, but can also make it much easier to enter a state of flow.

Hello and welcome back to Unleash Your Peace.

My name is Ellie Shoja.

I am your host.

I'm a positive mindset coach,

A personal transformation expert,

And a deliberate creator.

And I'm also your peace trainer.

And this podcast is your peace training.

It is where we dive into a different topic about the internal world every single week.

And our goal is simple.

We simply want to explore that non-physical,

Vast part of you that lives within you so that you can start shedding the weight of your unwanted pain,

You can find lasting internal peace,

And you can live your best life yet.

I know that when you are living from that place of joy and happiness and connectedness to your higher being,

To your internal world,

You don't just incrementally improve the quality of your life,

You exponentially innovate every aspect of your experiences on this physical plane.

And that's exactly my wish for you because I know that when you do this,

When you live your full authentic life,

You become an uplifter.

You become a force for good in this world,

In your community,

And everyone will be uplifted by your presence in their lives.

And this is how we level up as a society by each one of us finding that love and purpose within ourselves.

Now this week's topic is another really great one.

We are talking about gratitude this week,

This very powerful,

High vibrating emotion that is at the root of all creation.

This is the emotional signature of manifestation.

This is how we connect to ourselves on a super deep level.

It's a very easy entry point for us into super high vibrating emotions like love and compassion.

Today I want to talk about the connection between gratitude and creativity.

Now creativity,

You might think,

Is somehow linked to really creative jobs and endeavors like painting and writing and directing and acting and things like that.

But creativity actually plays a huge role in professions that are generally considered non-creative.

Economists with the greatest solutions to economic problems are those who are the most creative.

Lawyers who are the most successful are the most creative.

Doctors who can find the best ways of healing their patients are the most creative.

It doesn't matter what your profession is,

What you do for a living.

It doesn't matter if you are scientific,

If you are spiritual,

If you are artistic.

Creativity is at the core of your expansion.

Now given the high vibrational signature of gratitude,

It should not be surprising to you at all that gratitude is one of the greatest ways to tap into your creativity.

Now where does creativity come from?

We talked about inspiration during the vibrational being week,

Which was our second week together,

And then again during your life purpose episodes,

Which was last week,

Our fourth week together.

And we talked about how inspiration is a connection between the physical you and the non-physical you.

When we become vibrationally aligned with our non-physical infinite part of us that holds all of the potential for us,

We experience inspiration.

Inspiration is actually the thoughts of our inner being coming to us and being translated into an idea or a thought.

That is where our creativity comes from.

Have you ever been trying to solve a problem in your mind and it keeps you up at night,

It keeps you thinking about it all day long,

And then during one moment of clarity,

You know exactly what you need to do and you find a creative solution to your problem.

Usually that moment is when you release resistance.

And in that moment of quietness,

Of no resistance,

When you're not fighting it,

It happens sometimes in the middle of the night,

It happens when you are in the shower,

It happens when you have just completely given up.

In that moment,

Your inner being finds that entry point and because you don't have resistance,

Because you are completely in the present moment,

You are finally able to hear what your inner being is saying and you are able to translate that vibration into a solution,

Into an idea,

And boom,

You are a genius.

If you are finding it difficult to find access to that creativity within you,

One very practical way of getting to it is through gratitude.

Gratitude is a really practical and easy entry point into those super high vibrational emotions that connect you to your inner being and allows you to become inspired.

Those of you who are in a creative field,

Writers,

Painters,

Actors,

Designers,

People who rely on your creativity for your livelihood,

Sometimes if you are under a lot of pressure or a deadline,

It might be very not conducive to tapping into that creativity.

I'm a writer and I have multiple novels that I've written and multiple books that I've written and something that really helps me get over writer's block is this exercise of gratitude.

So simply sitting down and starting to feel grateful for different things that you notice.

You can start making a list,

You can start saying it out loud and just say thank you for this roof over my head,

Thank you for the chirping of the birds outside,

Thank you for the ability to do what I love for a living,

Thank you for having two arms that are functional and legs that take me everywhere that I want to go,

Thank you for this and this and this and start making a list of everything you feel grateful for and really cultivate that feeling of gratitude and appreciation and thankfulness within you.

Allow it to grow,

Allow it to take over you in a sense and revel in it,

Be in it and then start saying things that you want to happen with that project.

Thank you for giving me the ability to express myself in such a clear and beautiful way.

Thank you for giving me the gift of writing and really start feeling gratitude and appreciation for what it is you want your outcome to be.

Now in Monday we talked about how your brain doesn't know the difference between what is actually happening right now and what you're projecting in your fantasy or what you're remembering in your memory.

So really use this part of gratitude to your advantage.

What you'll find is that once you feel this intense gratitude for what is present in this moment and then transfer that intense gratitude to what you want to happen in your work and then you sit down to do the work,

You'll find that whatever writer's block you had is lifted,

Whatever was not working out and though you're painting and you're acting in the design that you were doing before is now lifted and the ideas flow to you with so much more ease and speaking of flow,

You're able to tap into the state of flow with a lot more ease.

Now what is that state of flow?

And the state of flow is this state that all creatives at some point will tap into where time literally feels like it has stood still and ideas flow out of you with such ease that it almost doesn't feel like they're coming from you.

They are coming through you and every sentence that comes to the page is perfect and every note that is coming out of you is perfect and everything just perfectly makes sense.

The state of flow is such a high vibrating place to be in because what is actually happening is you are channeling in that state.

You are channeling your inner being.

Your inner being is creating through you when you are in a state of flow.

You are experiencing that creation simultaneously with your inner being.

There's nothing more beautiful than being in that state and you tap into it by creating and cultivating and expanding this emotion,

This state of gratitude and appreciation within yourself.

I will leave you with that because I know that if you're a creative like myself,

You cannot wait to put this to the test.

So I hope that you dive into that right away when you stop listening to this.

You dive into cultivating that gratitude within yourself and then see how that helps you achieve creativity at a much higher level,

A lot more deliberately as well.

And until we come back tomorrow and explore yet another aspect of gratitude,

I hope that you will find Peace Unleashed on Instagram.

You'll follow and share those love notes.

Those are the notes I write for you to give you a daily dose of inspiration.

If you want to start your day with inspiration,

Subscribe and start your day that way.

That's the entire point of them,

To give you a grounding of positivity every single day.

And if you want to work with me at any level,

Reach out to me through my website,

Peaceunleashed.

Com.

I love hearing from you and I love working with you.

And when you're on there,

Do sign up for the email list because there's a lot that is in development right now.

And one of those things is a free meditation that I am recording just for you.

It is going to be a meditation that's available for free for everyone on my email list.

So if you're interested in that,

Sign up for the email list and you will receive it when it is available in the next couple of weeks.

And until we come back tomorrow,

I wish you a peace-filled day.
