Explore MeditationFrom an early age, Jules started to explore the natural movement of the body as a way to express what was so deeply felt on the inside. After pursuing a path as a dancer, she quickly understood that adhering to the rules of ballet was not what she was looking for, which led to a journey of discovering yoga, movement practice and somatic healing. Jules has been doing yoga for many years and has a 200H Hatha Yoga Teacher Training from Spirit Sadhana School of Yoga. Jules is currently working as a yoga teacher, while also exploring the language of movement and the body and mind connection through other somatic practices. Her mission is to share what has guided her on a path of coming home to herself, finding presence and bodily awareness. In addition to yoga, intuitive movement is something she is very passionate about. She believes in the saying “feel it to heal it” and that moving freely is a powerful way to release emotions by connecting to what the body calls for in the present moment. In her work, she explores how creation and bodily awareness can enable your truest expression and help you to literally move through unprocessed emotions.
