Erin is a certified meditation teacher, yoga nidra facilitator, and sound healer. She remains a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness and continues additional education through the UCLA Mindfulness Awareness Research Center and MAPS courses She has volunteered time at the Santa Monica College Center for Wellness & Well-being and retreats at Deer Park Monastery. You can find her in rotation at the Den Meditation Studio in Los Angeles, California for drop-in classes.
