Start your day with a guided meditation to set your intention of gratitude. Life is a gift only if we take the time to notice it. Let yourself linger just a few moments before beginning the hustle and bustle of the day. There is no music in this meditation, just words to guide your journey.

As you join the morning,

Get yourself into a comfortable position.

Maybe you're going to decide that you're gonna stay in bed.

That's what I do.

Just stay another few minutes laying in bed getting ready for your day.

Put your hands out to your sides,

Palms up,

Ready to accept and receive.

Keep your eyes closed or let them close and take a nice breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And again just in through your nose and out like a sigh.

Let's just intensify that breath a little.

Bring it in through your nose,

Even stronger,

Deeper.

Feel your chest expand with it.

Hold it at the top.

Push it out through your mouth more intensely.

Long out breath and again in big breath hold and long out breath.

Hold.

Long out breath.

Just clearing out any old air that's just been laying in you all night long.

Bringing in some nice fresh clean air for your day.

Starting your morning fresh.

Let yourself really feel that air circulate as it goes in through your lungs,

Mixes with the blood and circulates through your whole body.

Maybe start to feel a tingle in your body as it starts to circulate.

Feel your body start to wake up.

Feel your physical body start to wake up,

Your mental body start to wake up,

Your spiritual and emotional body start to wake as you begin to think of your day ahead and you begin to get a little bit excited about what's ahead of you.

Breathe into all the opportunity,

All of the things you get to do today.

The very first thing was wake up.

You got to wake up today.

How amazing is that?

What a gift you received.

What a joy it is to be able to be awake.

Feel the awakeness,

The aliveness.

Feel the gratitude for your body,

Your eyes that we'll see today and your ears that we'll hear today.

Your heart that will beat and your lungs that will breathe.

You are awake.

What a miracle today is already.

Connect with the gratitude.

Connect with joy and the miracle of your day already.

Now allow yourself to open to all the possibilities of your day.

Bring your breath up to your third eye and just allow it to be energized and fed with your breath.

This is your center for intuition.

Let's be open to all the opportunity and possibility.

Be open to any imagination,

Inspiration.

Just let it be.

Now take your hands and place them on your heart.

Just let them rest there and feel the warmth on your chest.

Let your breath connect to your heart and let your heart open to the day's possibilities.

When you think of any of those inspirations,

Anything you imagined for today,

What feels right?

Now set your intention for the day.

Set your intention to follow.

Follow your inspiration.

Follow your intuition and follow your heart and have a beautiful day.

Enjoy this day that's been gifted to you.

Make the most of it.

Live every second of it.

Love every second of it.

Give all you can give.

Be kind to yourself.

Be kind to others and be grateful.

Have a wonderful day.

Namaste.
