Please note, this version includes magical music Solfeggio Frequency 639 Hz by Insight Timer Teacher Lawrence Libert to also help balance the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians. In ancient Taoism, the Wood element involves our Liver and Gall Bladder meridians. During this meridian meditation, we will draw our attention to our Liver and gallbladder meridians to help balance and unblock them. This guided meditation is particularly helpful during Spring when our Liver and gallbladder meridians are considered more vulnerable. Other reasons to practice this meridian meditation are when you are showing signs of Wood imbalance, such as feeling quick to anger; eye problems; poor circulation with cold hands and feet, allergies, headaches and/or hayfever; PMS or perimenopausal symptoms; feeling resentful and galled. It is also helpful to practice this guided meditation when you are undertaking a detox program or intermittent fasting. I wish you all the best with this practice.
