I invite you for this self-care and self-nourishment practice in a form of taking a bath,
A bath of love,
Of peace and comfort.
So close your eyes and make sure that you are cosy and comfy at just any blankets or pillows and come back to stillness.
Let's first nourish the body with some deep and calming breaths.
So just slowly inhaling and fully exhaling,
Totally letting go of any inner tension,
Totally letting go of any thoughts and emotions and becoming more present with yourself,
Present here and now through awareness.
Let each inhale bring you fresh and nourishing energy,
Let each exhale help you let go of inner heaviness,
Help you let go of any physical,
Mental or emotional discomfort so you can enjoy this time only for yourself.
Now let's prepare our warm bath in the space of your imagination.
So just bring yourself to a beautiful bathroom,
The bathroom of your dreams.
Just observe how it looks like,
The walls,
The colors of this bathroom,
The different textures,
Notice how it smells and set the mood for your comfy bath.
So maybe lighting up some candles and preparing your bath with a warm water,
Maybe putting some bath salts,
Maybe some essential oils,
Maybe some soap to make more bubbles,
Whatever you think that could help you to relax even more.
Let the water flow and before you get into this bath,
Bless the water,
Charge the water with so much love,
With peace and with some magic.
Take just a few moments to charge this water with whatever you feel like you need more in your life.
Take three deep breaths before you enter the bath and slowly take the first step.
Feel the warmth of the water surrounding your foot and a part of your leg,
Not too hot and not too cold and then take another step with your other foot and slowly lower yourself down,
First to sit down,
Let the water embrace your legs,
Your glutes and your hips and then lower yourself down to lie down with your head just leaning on the side comfortably.
Maybe you have even some support for your neck.
Remember this is your perfect bath so you can have,
You can create whatever you need to,
To feel fully comfortable,
Rested and relaxed.
And as your whole body is just melting down,
Connecting with the water,
Let yourself just be,
Let this water cleanse you from any inner heaviness,
From any worries,
Any problems that anyway are just a product of your mind and let this water nourish you with all that you charged this water with before,
Let it bless you,
Let it surround every part of your body,
Bringing it more comfort,
You are just soaking yourself in this pure divine nourishment and truly resting in this space and in this space just remind yourself how special and unique you are.
Remind yourself that you deserve to feel good every single day.
Remind yourself that after carrying all the heaviness of your thoughts and your worries,
After taking care of everyone else,
You deserve so much to take care of yourself.
And now if you feel cold too,
You can start gently massaging your thighs,
Your legs,
Your calves,
Just giving them some loving touch and then your arms as well,
All your muscles,
Your shoulders,
Your hands and then your facial muscles as well,
Give a gentle and loving touch to your face,
To your cheeks,
To your jaw and bring both of your hands onto your heart space on your chest and just say to yourself quietly or out loud I love you,
I love you,
I love you.
You are so special and so important.
Feel free to stay here as long as you need to,
Relaxing in this peaceful and loving bath and whenever you're ready,
You can slowly start moving your toes and fingers and come back to your environment,
Holding within that energy of self-love and inner restoration.
