Gita is also a mindfulness teacher on Outschool, an online learning platform where she supports young people in developing focus, emotional awareness, and self-compassion. With a background in management and finance, Gita brings a practical, grounded approach to mindfulness. Her teachings combine ancient contemplative wisdom with modern research to help people reduce stress, improve focus, and live with greater presence and balance.
