Hi friends, Welcome back to Heavenly Hugs with me, Gladys Ellen. Today we will talk about how to create harmony in relationships with the Archangel Raguel. And welcome back. And I'm excited to talk about, And a little nervous to talk about the Archangel Raguel. And don't get me wrong, Raguel is a sweet energy, A kind energy, But we're talking about creating harmony and balance and order in relationships. Now relationships, You know, I think there are greatest teachers and we have our most challenges and struggle with because let's face it, We need to work with people. We need to have many different kinds of relationships. And the beauty is to know that there is an angel to help us with that. So the Archangel Raguel, Like I said, He's not a force like Michael we talked about, You know, Even the Archangel Ariel, She's more of a stronger energy as well. The Archangel Raguel, The feeling that I get with him is a kind, Gentle, But an angel that will kind of push and nudge a little bit. And so he is known as the angel of relationship harmony. He's the angel of divine order. He's the angel of fairness and justice. And I always like to call him in, In any type of relationship challenge that I'm having or even to invite him in. So, You know, When there's like a family gathering or something, Or, You know, I'm getting together with a group of people, I always ask Archangel Raguel to go ahead to kind of hold space so that we're in that, You know, Happy energy that, You know, Maybe people leave whatever problems or challenges they have so we can get together and just have a really good time. And I have to say sometimes I forget to do that and there might be a few challenges or some frustrations, But I've learned that using these angels are really kind of a go to for me now as opposed to a last resort. So the reason why I wanted to do these podcasts is so you can become more aware of who to call on in what situations. But the angels always tell me it doesn't matter who does what. All you have to do is ask. Call out to the universe, Call out to God, Say angels, Archangels, Whoever can best assist me. You know, I also feel like there's an empowerment in knowledge, You know, So that's why I kind of like to share these individual beings of light when they're really in the grand scheme of things, All part of the same energy. So Raguel's color is this beautiful sky blue color. This is the color he always comes to, You know, To present himself to me. And I always look at the beautiful sky. The beautiful sky is cheery, You know, In the springtime, You know, You see that bright blue sky. You know, This is the color that reminds me of him. And I usually see when I start to see pictures, Like blue pictures with white clouds, It's kind of like the energy that I feel when Archangel Raguel is around. He also comes in with, Because he's the angel of justice and fairness, Which we'll talk about in the next podcast. But he also, You know, Comes in with like the justice scale. So he kind of keeps things in balance for us. Now, When you invite him in, You kind of have to move out of the way and allow him to kind of work his energy because he will keep things fair and just for everybody involved. So you cannot say Archangel Raguel, Come in and, You know, You know, Get this person to do this for me and get them to listen to me and get this to happen my way. It just doesn't work that way. So you got to kind of be open to how the resolution is going to come to play and where your part in it is it. And so we talk about relationships and, You know, For a long time, You know, Relationships were, Honestly, It was easier just to be alone. And that's how I felt. It's easier just not to have to deal with anybody. It's easier not to have to speak up or say anything. And yet I was surrounded by all these challenging relationships. And so for me, I was a runner. I would retreat. I would avoid. And again, I would kind of go into isolation, Which really did nothing for my growth. And so I kind of now see all relationships as our teachers. And again, We talk about the pain thing or we talk about the being uncomfortable. And when we're in this place, It's an opportunity to grow. It kind of puts us back a little bit to say, OK, What lessons am I learning here? What is this person trying to teach me? And especially when you're paying attention, You're going to notice things happen over and over again. It's that person who gets into a bad relationship with that same kind of man or that same kind of woman over and over and over again. You know, And I have to say, When I was changing my dynamic in relationships, I really had to kind of take some time off and take a step back because I realized that I was creating or attracting the same type of people, The same characters, The same behaviors, And they were in bosses. They were in friendships. They were in relationships. They were even within the family dynamic, You know. And so, You know, When you invite this angelic energy in, They kind of shine a light on what areas need to work on. So I have to say, I can't say having a spiritual awakening is easy. You know, And anybody who I think who says that, You know, Hasn't really had a full spiritual awakening, But I'm also saying it doesn't have to be so challenging and so difficult if you're paying attention and you're allowing yourself to kind of do the work. So we talk about people in our lives being art teachers, And there are going to be disagreements. There are going to be conflicts because you have people coming from many different backgrounds and many different belief systems, You know. And so, The Archangel Raguel can assist in, You know, Let's say you have a disagreement with a sibling, You know. I know, You know, In my family, There were a lot of disagreements and hurt feelings, You know, With regards to money and inheritance and things like that. So at a very young age, I was learning that, You know, Love was conditional, You know, That, Hey, You know what, If it comes to money or if it comes to you don't, You know, Feel the way I do, You know, Then you know what, I'm going to take my love away and I'm going to, You know, You know, Keep this from you and I'm going to punish you. And so, As a child, You know, Looking at these relationship dynamics, You know, And I'm sure that's, I know that's not how my family meant it, But you know, When you're growing up and you're seeing this condition, It makes you fearful. It makes you feel alone and isolated. And, You know, Now that I have this Archangel Raguel, You know, And I've invited him in my life, He's really brought some really healthy relationships into my life where I know the love is unconditional, You know, And it's kind of teaching me, You know, The things that I like. And it's also teaching me about communication. Now, I have to say it's not always easy, Right? There's always challenges, But think about like your relationships and think about like what has society has taught you, You know, Really the root cause of anything is love and we want to keep and we want to hold on to these relationships because we want to feel that sense of connection. We want to feel that sense of belonging. And, You know, We were just talking earlier, The last podcast with the Archangel Michael, You know, About this fear as a caregiver of standing up for ourselves and setting boundaries for the fear of not being accepted. And this is where Archangel Raguel kind of shines a light to kind of show us that really the relationship with ourselves is number one. And when we're putting that first, All the other relationships we can kind of see as our teachers, It's really an empowerment to say, Okay, Maybe I have to set a boundary here. Maybe I have to, You know, Stand up for what I believe in and work. I mean, We go even farther as much as our laws and our regulations and our politics and our rules, You know, It goes all the way up. So we're dealing with all different kinds of relationships. So that's why I say this is a lengthy subject. It's a challenging subject because it's something that we can't really get away from. And I have to say being in that place of isolation, Being in that place of it's easier just to be by myself. Well, I have to say over time, It started to get sad. It started to get, You know, Lonely. It started to get boring, You know, So you sit and say, Okay, So I have to have challenges with other people and I have to kind of learn and grow through that and I can have beautiful relationships or I can isolate myself. And I kind of had to go through those experiences where I collaborated with people and then I was in kind of by myself. And, You know, Now I feel like I'm ready to kind of collaborate again, But I feel like I'm wiser. I feel like I can learn from, You know, The experiences that, You know, I took from from the past. And I keep calling on Raguel to kind of bring people into my life that I can bless that can bless me as well. So I always ask him Raguel, Send me clients in my life that I can bless that can bless me as well. Send me friends, You know, That I can bless that can bless me as well. And by opening up this energy, I have to say I'm surrounded by some of the most beautiful people, You know, I'm surrounded by some of the most kindest, Caring, Loving people that I'm so appreciative to know. So a few, About a month back, I went on this trip and I was a practitioner and it was part of a group that kind of helps caregivers and women. It was a women's retreat. Reconnect with themselves, You know, And the idea was who are they without mom, Sister, Being mom, Being sister, Being friend, Being co-worker, Being daughter. They were asked to kind of leave all those roles behind and just learn to discover themselves. And there were 70 women on this trip and there were some women who had never been on this trip before, A lot of women who had never been on this trip before. And there were women who had been on the trip before and they kind of knew what they were in for and they were excited. So it was a nice mix of people. And when, You know, It was a wonderful trip and when we came back from the trip, I completely crashed. I was sad. I almost felt depressed. I mean, Of course we were in Sedona, Arizona, Which has its own energy. But when I got back, You know, I gave myself the opportunity to sit with how I was feeling and what I realized that I felt the most was lonely. I felt disconnected and I felt isolated. And so go on a trip with 70 women that you don't know or you do know and you bond and every morning you gather together and every night you gather together. Now, Of course, The whole group didn't get together, But a big portion of us every night and you create this dynamic of connection, Of routine. So, You know, You'd look forward to what are you doing today? And everybody would talk and then they'd go off and then you come back and you're like, How was your day? And people will tell their stories and it was so wonderful. And I look now and so delete that and come back and not have breakfast with all those people and not be able to gather together at night. I felt a loss. It was kind of like a grief in a little bit and it made me realize that we don't have that as a society, You know, In New England, In the United States and maybe in the country. I mean, There are a lot of other countries that have their traditions, But I feel like, You know, Hardly people even get together and have meals with their children or their family anymore. And maybe they do, But I think it's getting back to those roots, You know, And inviting the Archangel Raguel in, He can help heal those, You know, Those broken relationships. So you might not be able to gather together with family, But you know what, Maybe you've got a couple of really great friends that you can get together with every Monday, You know, Or once a month where you're committed that, You know, Once a month on this day, We're getting together, Come hell or high water and we're going to laugh. We're going to cry. We're going to eat dinner. We're going to drink wine, Whatever you're going to do and make the commitment to yourself, You know. And what it does is it establishes the sense of connection. It strengthens your bond in relationships and it also helps you to heal any types of conflicts or disconnection you're feeling from other relationships that have gone topsy-turvy or that have been a challenge and it kind of gives you, You know, A different perspective. And so this is what I've kind of been doing. I've been kind of, Since I've been back, It's been, You know, About a month since I've been back, I've been asking the Archangel Raguel to bring these relationships or people in my life that can help me feel that connection. And again, Yes, It's another thing that you have to do and it's another thing that's going to help you grow. It's another thing that's going to help you be inspired. But, You know, I encourage you to invite him in. And if you do have conflict in relationships, Maybe it's with a coworker, You know, Maybe it's with a family member, Maybe it's with somebody on the road who just cut you off. Invite the Raguel in so he can help bring peace, So he can find a peaceful resolution so he can create relationship harmony in your life. Because I really, The key is to have that bond, To have that connection, To have that safe space that you could be with other people. And, You know, It doesn't even matter what you do. Maybe you have a game night or maybe you meet up at a bar and then you go for a karaoke night or maybe you meet up at somebody's house and have a book club or maybe you just decide that somebody's going to cook dinner and you have a different night, A dinner, A different night. But, You know, This is the part that Archangel Raguel is helping to assist with. Again, It's like that blue sky that wants to shine that light down on joy. You know, When you think about going outside and it's beautiful and it's sunny, You feel good, You know. And so I feel like this is something that Raguel is kind of intervening. He's helping us reconnect as a society, You know. And I have to say it's painful to go out on the road. You know, People are, You know, Tailgating. People are flying around each other. People are slamming on their brakes, Not letting anybody go. And I have to say as an empath, As somebody who's super sensitive, I don't even want to be out there. So I'm constantly quelling on Archangel Raguel to kind of clear the way. I'm asking him for relationship harmony with society. And we have to remember that sometimes things have to get bad before they get better. And so I no longer have to hold space for these people. I no longer feel like I have to jump in and fix and save and change and make better. I find that there's more ease in sending the angels in. There's more ease in saying, Hey, You know what, Guys? I give you permission because remember, They abide by the law of free will. And somebody has to ask. Funny story I want to say. It's kind of our subject, But it kind of goes together with it. So there was a ski trip that I used to go on those ski trips to the mountains. And we used to have to get up and get on this bus really early. And now you're going to hear from me a lot. I'm not really a morning person. And so I would barely get myself there. And I'd get on the bus, And I'd put my little mask, My blinder on, And I'd kind of go to sleep. And I would sleep the whole way up there. Well, When I started learning about the angels, What I did was I would get on the bus, And I would call on the archangel Michael and ask him to surround the bus and protect the driver and make sure that we get to our destination safely. Then I put the mask on, And I kind of go to sleep. Well, This one bus trip, It was a really far trip. I think it might have been to Sugarbush or something. And I felt the bus starting to move. I felt us kind of getting on the highway. And the next thing I know, I felt us kind of getting off. So I kind of opened my eyes. I asked the person that I was with next to me, You know, What's going on? And what he had said was that the bus, Because there were two buses on this trip, The second bus had broken down, And we had to go back and pick up some of the people to fill our bus. And I kind of laughed. I'm like, Oh my God, I'm like, Nobody prayed for that second bus. And I kind of laughed. And it was a kind of a lesson to me. So when I'm calling on the angels, I'm asking for me, I'm asking for all the people around me in any way it's going to connect. Same thing at the airport. I ask for my plane to be taken care of and all the ones before and after so that we're all taken care of, You know? And so remember when you're inviting these angels in, When you're inviting this energy in to assist you in your life, It's not just for you. It's for the energy all around you. And this is where, And this is where we have, You know, This kind of responsibility or this energy. So when you're asking and you feel good, The people around you feel good. And when they feel good, The people around them feel good. And when they feel good, The people around them feel good. And when they feel good, The people around them feel good. So really peace on earth starts with ourselves in a spiritual or why selfish kind of way. And so I think it's really important, Especially in this time that we're in, You know, Easter is coming and families are gathering, You know, Spring is coming and summers and, You know, We have lots of vacation and time, You know, I encourage you to invite the Archangel Raguel. If you have conflict in relationships in the workplace or your family or with your friends, Invite him in. Just ask for his assistance and just ask him to open the doors for you, Help you with the words to say and really invite peace into your relationship. And you'll be amazed how things shift and change and make things pleasant. And again, All you have to do is ask. So this is, This is it for, For this podcast with the Archangel Raguel. So the angel, It's Raguel. Yep. It's R-A-G-U-E-L. Okay. You said that there was a sweet kind energy. And I just want to elaborate more. I want you to elaborate more on just the subject of, You know, People and our relationships with people are our greatest teachers, Our greatest learning. You know, Our greatest opportunity for learning is through our relationships with other people. Absolutely. And you said at the beginning of the podcast that like, You tend to make the same mistakes over and over again until you learn your lesson. Yeah. So like what, Can you just give it a specific example of like, Is it like an archetype? You know, Like you're the mistake that you're making in this relationship is that you're searching for this certain archetype and you continue to do it even though it's not working. Well, You know, Life is all about lessons, Right? And it's about, You know, Learning from one thing onto another. And I have to say a lot of times people don't realize that they're getting into relationships with the same kind of person, You know? So let's say they had a challenging relationship with their dad. And then as they get older, They realize there's that same kind of energy in a coworker. And then there's the same type of energy with a boss. And then there's the same type of energy with a friend. And a lot of times people don't realize, I certainly didn't realize that my past relationships was the same person, You know? And so for me, I take it more as awareness, You know? And when you invite these angels in your life, They kind of shine a light on your weaknesses or your challenges or what you need to learn. And I used to think, Take it as like punishment or I used to take it as, You know, It's another thing I can't get right, You know? And then I started to kind of shift that and again, See it as an opportunity to grow, To see it as an opportunity to learn from, Well, Guess what? You know, My current relationship now, You know, I see a lot of similarities in past relationships, But I'm handling it differently. I'm speaking up more, I'm kind of setting boundaries. So we at any given moment have an opportunity to kind of shift that, You know? So like I said, By me not saying anything, That's going to go right back into the type of energy that I had before. But now I'm kind of taking that same energy and saying, Hey, I can approach this differently and I can speak up, You know, And I can, You know, What works for me now, You know? And so this is that part. So you're looking for the root, Right? So the person isn't necessarily the problem, But you're looking for, You know, If patterns and yeah, You're, You're with somebody who's a certain type or does a certain thing. Even in yourself, The way you're feeling like, Why am I feeling this again? Why am I experiencing again with, Why am I in the same job again? You know, In the break we were talking about like working for, You know, Corporate jobs. And when we were talking about, You know, Going through that pattern and then it came to a point where we're like, Enough is enough. Like, I really want to do something on my own. I really want to enjoy my life's work, You know? And so you have to make a giant leap of faith to kind of adjust that. Right. So for example, Like I think that if the lesson that you have to learn is that maybe you don't value yourself for some reason, You're going to be continually presented with relationships, Whether they be intimate relationships or work relationships where, Or friendships where you are not being valued. Yes, Absolutely. And you allow yourself to not be valued. You know, Something that we were talking about last episode with boundaries, You know, And a lot of times people aren't even aware of it though. That's the thing too is like these things are happening and they're not even aware of it. And so this is kind of like shining a light on those things. Because if you're not, If you're not, Uh, Stepping up to the table with yourself, If you're not putting, Putting together that effort, Then you're not teaching someone how to treat you. Then you're going to continue to experience that over and over again. And, Um, In many different facets. And the best way to do that is to, You know, This living consciously and, Um, To wrap your head around it and to, To sort of look at where, At what your relationships are and if there's a common thread and what the lesson that could be learned from that is. Yeah. And by inviting, You know, The Archangel Raguel in your life, He can't, He can't make you, Um, Set a boundary with somebody or he can't make you resolve conflict with somebody if you don't want to. But what he can do is he can kind of shine a light on it. He can resolve it and kind of open up people's hearts and minds. So you can have a peaceful resolution instead of like duking it out and going to battle with somebody because that's just going to wipe you out and it's just going to exhaust you and nobody's going to feel good about themselves, You know? So it doesn't resolve anything. So being able to have clear communication, Being able to have conscious awareness about these patterns and these experiences, It stops you from blaming everybody else. And it kind of puts you in as a key where you're, You know, It goes both ways here. You know what I mean? It's not all blame on that more. I'll blame on you. It's like seeing these people as our teachers and what we have. And I have to say it's easier said than done because sometimes I still want to shake people, You know, Sometimes I still want to beat myself up. But again, It gets easier over time. Something that you said earlier in the main portion of the podcast was that like the only thing there is is love, You know? So, But the opposite of that would be fear. Absolutely. So what these, What your relationships are, The thing that they're teaching you is they make it easy to identify or it makes it easier to identify what your fears are, You know? And what you love. Yeah. So because if you're not loving, You're in fear, Right? If you're not fear, You're loving, Right? And I choose to want to be in love more often. And again, It's that courage, That bravery, That empowerment that really kind of helps me move through that fear. So that's, I mean, That was the main thing that I wanted to talk about. And just a little bit of, We've talked about colors a lot with the angels. Like, So what is, What are some things to notice for Raguel? Well, The reason why I say it is too, Because we all can experience energy in different ways. Some people see, Some people feel, Some people just know, Some people hear. So that's why I like to give many different dynamics. And for the Archangel Raguel, For me, It's like justice. So, You know, Like the lawyer commercials where they have like the justice scale, I'll see things like that, Or I'll see like, I'll see like pictures with like the blue sky with the white clouds, You know, Something like that will catch my attention. So maybe something will come up in my Facebook feed that has that blue sky with the white clouds, You know, And it kind of reminds me and it's true. If you think about too, The blue sky with the white clouds, You know, It's kind of an illusion too, Because they say the sky isn't really blue. It's a reflection from the planet and all that stuff. So we have to see these relationships for what they are as teachers, As an opportunity to learn lessons and have experiences, But they don't have to be painful. You know, I keep saying the last nine year cycle we've been talking about, It seemed to be dubbed healing through pain, You know, And so now going forward this year, I no longer want to heal through pain, But I would like to continue to learn lessons and grow, Right. But I want to learn it through adventure, Play, Laughter, Fun and freedom. Like that's the energy that I keep going with. So I'm trying to learn to and to teach people to kind of recognize it before it becomes incredibly painful. So yeah, It's not always easy for me to have a hard conversation, You know, With my boyfriend and saying, Hey, You know what, The negativity or the this or the that is becoming uncomfortable. It's of course you don't want to say that, But what it does, It gives us an opportunity to talk about it immediately right away instead of me stuffing it and swallowing back and pretending that, You know, It's not a problem. And so this is kind of allowing me to do this in many different areas of my life. So if you can look at those past relationships and current relationships, But if you can look at the past relationships as lessons, You can, You can remove a lot of the hurt and pain negative feelings surrounding it and use what you learned as fuel as fuel to, To, For the betterment of your current and future situations. Yeah. Yeah, Absolutely. So it's like fuel for your fire in a good way. It's a way of saying, Hey, I got this. And then what happens? The beautiful thing is when you learn the lessons, Then you have an opportunity to teach others, Which is the beauty. So it's not like you have to keep learning these hard lessons over and over again. My fuel is I want to learn this. I want to understand it. I want to get better at it so that I can teach others so they don't have to go through that pain that I went through. So we're all teachers. We're all taking these experiences. If you can shift it and saying, Hey, You know what, I'm going to take this and I'm going to learn it. And it's certainly going to help me, But I also can use this in my practice and I can help my clients and it can help my students. And when I'm speaking at the churches and things like that, I'm now able to kind of teach and inspire others to kind of live their best life through my experiences. Awesome.
