Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
You can feel into your body,
Allowing your focus to wander around in the body,
Feeling
into the different parts of your body,
Feeling your breath in your body,
Relaxing into a
nice and pleasant rhythm,
Allowing your breath to become a little bit deeper and see if you
find any feeling or any mood that might be in the body.
Just stay with this.
No need to change.
Just resting with your emotions,
Just breathing and feeling,
Giving space to any emotions
to be.
We just surround it with a warm and gentle awareness,
Relaxing into the fact that there
is nothing we need to do in this moment,
Just being here and observing whatever experience
is here for us in this moment.
And as you relax with your body,
Allowing it to have all the space it needs,
Gently
coming back into balance,
Stillness,
Relaxing,
And there is nothing you need to do,
Just
being here,
Enjoying this relaxation spreading all over your body,
All over your mind,
Filling
you up with a beautiful peacefulness,
Just staying a little bit more relaxing and enjoying
this moment of serenity.

Begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude
and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships
and to your life.
Now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
