Welcome to meditation session 38.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself,
I want you to rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breath out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
And gently allowing your body to fall down into rest.
Feeling every body part as it slows down.
And for this moment in meditation become still and relaxed.
And as you experience your body slowing down,
You can allow your mind to let go.
Move down the world just for a moment and settle into this meditation.
Just being here and now.
Postponing any thoughts,
Any planning,
Any reminders.
That can wait until later.
Begin to observe what is arising in you when you slow down.
When your body becomes still.
What arises in you in this moment?
Maybe there is only silence or maybe there is thoughts.
Maybe there is some sensation in the body.
Or maybe there is some emotion.
Just observe what is here in this moment.
Maybe you can also observe any judgement of this experience.
Maybe it is pleasant or maybe it is not pleasant.
Good or bad.
And then just observe this as just a part of the experience that you observe.
Observing the judgement with non-judgement.
Just being here and now.
Watching the experience.
And watching your reaction to the experience.
And then just being here and now.
And then just being here and now.
And then just being here and now.
See if you can welcome the experience.
Welcoming the experience as it is.
And see if you can find any resistance towards the experience.
Then observe this resistance and welcome the whole experience.
Welcome the resistance too.
You are always bigger than the things that you observe.
And then just being here and now.
And then just being here and now.
And then just being here and now.
And then just being here and now.
And then just being here and now.
And then just being here and now.
And then just being here and now.
Gently and gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day take a few deep breaths.
And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue the refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
