Welcome to meditation practice.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed mind.
And wherever you come from,
However your day have been so far,
We just land here in this moment,
Landing here in this meditation,
Setting everything else aside for a moment.
You will come back to your day later.
For now,
Just allowing the mind to come to stillness,
Allowing our attention to drop into the body,
Feeling the body,
Feeling the breath,
The life in your body.
And see if it's possible for a gentle smile inside your mind,
Smiling towards your body,
A gratefulness for this life,
All the small cells working in this moment,
Like your body.
And feeling how the body is reacting to our attention,
To the awareness.
And it's good for you to just take this moment of relaxation.
Allow yourself to get some time to connect with your body,
Find back to your inner smile,
To find back to balance and focus on nothing else you need to do in this moment.
And just relaxing,
Relaxing your body,
Relaxing your mind,
Relaxing your heart,
Opening up to enjoying this moment of relaxation.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body,
How does it feel to be here and now?
And before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
