Welcome beautiful heart to a very special guided meditation from my heart to yours holding the intention to hold you,
To guide you,
To soothe you into sleep as you drift off feeling safe to rest,
Feeling safe to let go before anything else I am grateful and thanking you for being here for choosing yourself,
Choosing rest,
Choosing to soften.
If you're listening to this as you prepare for sleep know that you don't need to do anything all that is needed is for you to allow the sound of my voice and the vibration behind it to meet you where you are so let your body settle into the surface beneath you noticing that you're already being held and taking a slow breath in through your nose and a gentle one out through your mouth beginning our soothing softening into the rest that you deserve you can begin by bringing awareness to your forehead,
Your crown,
Top of your head by letting it soften letting it open to ease allowing the eyes,
The eyebrows,
Your nose,
Your lips and all the muscles on your face and your head to melt as if gravity itself is gently pulling you downward your jaw unclenches,
Your tongue rests easily in your mouth with each breath out your body receives the message it is safe to let go and as you drop into this safety let us breathe again in through your nose and out through your mouth and as you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth dropping our attention down,
Descending through the body,
Drifting down into our shoulders place a space where we carry so much,
Hold onto so much,
Let them rest let them release feel the weight,
Not just letting go from your shoulders but the weight of your arms,
Your elbows,
Your arms your hands you do not need to hold yourself together anymore breathe slowly naturally committing not to force anything your system already knows how to rest have faith bring awareness to your chest,
Your heart maybe you feel me as I use my hands to give you some reiki along your chest,
Along your heart if there is any tightness,
Any emotional residue from the day,
You don't need to understand it simply imagine your heart being wrapped in something warm,
Something soft,
Something protective like being held by someone who loves you deeply,
Beyond all measure your nervous system down shifts your nervous system starts to release any alert and move into calm,
Into rest,
Into soothing ease breathing in and letting go thoughts may still be arising,
Moving give yourself permission to know that this is okay as clouds in the sky,
You do not need to follow them,
You do not need to stop them allow them to slowly drift across the vastness of your inner sky you stay you anchor resting in the sky that is you,
The sky that holds all these thoughts in the spaciousness unmoved and safe bringing your awareness now down into your belly,
Feel it gently rising and falling each exhale carries you deeper and deeper into rest feeling your belly that holds so much throughout your day easefully letting go,
Soothing your system with each in and out breath your body knows what to do your body knows how to transition and shift into sleep so let us breathe into this knowingness,
In through your nose and out through your mouth and if you're still with me if you haven't yet drifted peacefully,
Soothingly off into deep sleep before i leave you and transition into sound for the rest of your sleep time adventures i invite you with me now to place an intention tonight for your rest,
For your recovery,
For your deepness of sleep this intention could simply be recovery this intention could simply be returning home this intention could simply be resting beyond whatever it is take a moment to bring it into your awareness and then in your inner world place it in your heart carrying it with you deeper into rest in a moment my voice will gently fade and as it does will be carried by eight hours of soothing sound frequency and vibration that i've also injected with my own vibration and frequency these sounds are here to support deep rest,
Gentle dreaming and nervous system regulation you don't need to actively listen,
Just receive you are safe tonight,
You are held and you are allowed to rest let yourself drift my voice will fade but the sound will remain
