I invite you to hop into your bed and get snuggled up in your warm soft blankets.

Rest your head on your pillow and close down your eyes.

This is a time for you to rest and sleep.

The pink noise will improve the quality of your sleep and help you drift off to sleep easier and faster.

Let go of any mental distractions,

Simply allowing the pink noise to permeate your awareness and shift your waking consciousness into a deep state.

There is nothing you need to do but just allow the relaxing sound to be.

The sounds may appear similar to waves crashing up against the shore like rustling leaves in the wind or steady rain pouring down and this will bring you into a deep state of relaxation and sleep.

Listen deeply and slowly through the noise,
