I am Norma Gentile and you are listening to Calming Chaos.
This meditation includes sacred songs and spoken insights from my guides and angels,
Archangel Michael,
Mary,
And the Hathor who calls herself Atamira.
If you haven't done so already,
Find a place where you can relax and lie down and be undisturbed for the duration of the meditation.
I want to start this evening in a way that I usually do when I'm just doing oral spoken podcasts.
What I'd like to do is invite you,
If you haven't already done so,
To find a room to find a space that you can be in,
Inside or outside actually.
Plan to just be there for about an hour.
Be undisturbed as much as is possible,
Of course.
What we're going to do is start by invoking the nature spirits of the space around you to step forward to help create a container,
A sphere.
Then we're going to welcome Archangel Michael,
Whatever aspect of Michael works with you.
And if Michael doesn't resonate to you,
Just think about the guide,
The angel,
Whatever aspect that does resonate to you,
Including just higher self.
So just to start,
Welcoming the nature spirits of the room that you're in to step forward,
Those that are vibrating at what they consider to be their level of unconditional love.
This means it goes beyond your concept of unconditional love or my concept of unconditional love.
Where's that level of unconditional love according to the nature spirits of the room you're in right now?
And just letting those that vibrate at their level of unconditional love step forward.
And then the same for the line beneath,
That line directly beneath the room you're in,
Those nature spirits that also vibrate at what they consider to be their level of unconditional love,
Just welcoming them to step forward.
Those that vibrate at their level of unconditional love stepping forward.
And then the pure energy of nature.
This is a quality of energy that's like,
It's like a grandmother energy.
It's a quality of energy that is smooth and warm and flowing,
Nurturing,
Especially to our bodies.
It's very soothing.
And the nature spirits call it grandmother.
It's a quality of energy from which we all at some level have stepped from.
And yet we still have a bit of connection to this quality of energy.
So just welcoming that pure energy of nature to step forward as well.
And all together with the nature spirits of the room and the line beneath,
Letting these qualities combine and creating a sphere all around the room that you're in right now.
Let that sphere reflect unconditional love according to nature and according to the nature spirits.
And just let your body come to rest in that.
And welcoming that aspect of Archangel Michael,
That aspect of guidance that suits you right now that fits for you right now.
And I just welcome Archangel Michael.
I have a quality of energy that's very clear.
It helps other energies move home.
So that's why I use Michael.
And Michael's energy,
You may know it by other names too.
So just welcoming Archangel Michael to be present in the room inside the sphere.
And then letting Michael's energies drop down into second dimension and first dimension,
Going beyond our concept of what that might be.
And then Michael can move forward and go up to sun and central sun,
Which simply means that Michael anchors all the way down into the most fundamental quality of energy that supports our earth,
That supports our physical form.
And then Michael can move all the way up beyond our concept of what is good or bad or right or wrong,
Moving outside of our reality.
And just because we're in human form,
I give it that idea of going up and going down and lower dimensions and upper dimensions.
It's just shifts of consciousness.
It doesn't really mean anything because I feel things kinesthetically and some of you might notice the same thing.
Michael thinking about Michael going down in the second and first dimension,
There's sort of a density almost there,
But it flows,
It moves,
It doesn't get stuck.
There's just a solidity to it.
And then Michael going up,
Popping in through heaven.
Again,
It moves a little more quickly.
But I find over the years,
The more I can go down and spend the time feeling,
Sensing,
Letting my body go,
Yes,
There's Archangel Michael's energy in that lower,
More solid quality of kinesthetic feedback that I feel.
When I really feel that,
Then it's as if Michael's energy just pops into the upper and heavenly dimensions.
When I first started doing this,
I was just trying to constantly go up because that's what I was taught.
And that just didn't work.
So the idea that I finally recognized was go down and then go up.
And as I say often in workshops,
I dare you to stand up without putting your feet down on the ground and pushing off first because that's how we're built.
We go down to go up.
So as we do this concert this evening,
Just let yourself come and go from whatever sort of trance state you want to.
I'm going to be playing the piano,
Playing my bowls.
And let's see what happens.
I'm going to start with an improvisation.
This particular improvisation works between E minor and D major.
And the idea being that the major chord,
Something we're all used to,
Is that quality of normal,
That quality of being happy and flowing and everything's just sort of moving along the way it usually does,
And juxtaposing it with the minor,
The challenge,
Something that qualitatively stands as distinct from the normal.
Preferring the lines to B major.

Oh Oh Oh Oh Kyrie creator elaison compassion Creator Creating creator Elaison compassion Creator draw compassion from us Me Me Is Me Me Oh Me Me Me Me Me Me Me Me Me Me Me Me Any part of healing must start with recognizing that there is a wound When we begin to recognize what is not in balance Then we have an opportunity to do something about it As long as we're saying no no it's fine or no I don't think that's true We can't really do anything about it but the moment we see something we can do something about it And one of the things that I most note is how tepidness is often the facade of the mind Of covering over something that isn't really in tune And so instead of really being clear and passionate about what's going on We simply sort of become a little vacant a little tepid A little bit of oh well that's fine oh well you know whatever oh well Or oh just bless them that's fine The reality is though that inside we're not okay with it and we can feel Maybe a sense that the part of us that is not okay with us feeling something is going on That maybe we're judging it as being wrong like oh we shouldn't have bad feelings we shouldn't have The sensation and I think we're almost to the point now where we can say that isn't accurate It's okay to not like something it's absolutely okay My guides years ago talked about the difference between traditional heart chakra Loving unconditionally everybody everywhere as being a function of how our soul enters our body And the soul's expression through our body unconditional love for everyone everywhere Versus high heart which is thymus gland Thymus gland is very different thymus gland takes all that unconditional love it rises up to thymus Gland feels thymus gland and our thymus gland which is also a big part energetically of our Immune system our thymus gland says wow I really don't like that no I don't like that no I don't Like that no I don't it says no a lot because the idea is all that unconditional clear light Or white light whatever you think of it as love when it hits the thymus gland the thymus gland is A prism it slays all of that light out and then the thymus gland consults for the soul and says What one two or three things do we need to be doing right now in life?
What do we need to do Right now what skill sets do we need what interests do we need who do we need to be with What do we need to learn right now and that thymus gland chooses pink and blue and purple Or green and yellow and red or a little fuchsia and a little amber and a little something else And it chooses those things to focus on at any point in our life So it's okay for everything else to be a no for everything else Tahira says I don't like that I'm not interested and there's a huge difference between being tepid towards something or sort of Vacant towards something and really feeling a negative towards it and there's also a huge Difference between feeling tepid or vacant or vacuous when someone says something or when An issue arises and simply feeling neutral right now we are learning to discern the difference Between being vacant disconnected and tepid and simply being neutral being neutral means We've run it past our thymus gland we've run it past our soul and we simply look at it and going Not mine to engage with right now not mine to do right now honoring it may be uncomfortable But it's not ours to engage with so it's different from being vacant or tepid or just vacuous towards it It's really looking at it observing it recognizing it for what it is and saying okay that's going on too But my soul my journey is here not there it's going in a different way and so more and more As we look at all of the things going on in the world a big piece here is just letting Just letting pass by you all those things that are not yours to engage with trusting that there's Plenty that is yours to engage with and in the right time in the right manner what is yours to engage with Will show up let's have a song for this Oh Oh,

Whether we like it or not.
Everything has the ability to move us forward,
To move us into a new realization of ourselves and others.
We clearly did not incarnate in order to be perfect.
We incarnated because the perfection of the soul was ready to experience something more.
And that experience is often driven by discomfort.
And the deeper the soul moves into discomfort,
The deeper the soul can move into pleasure.

We're going to be drawing this meditation to an occlusion.
I want to thank all those guys and angels that have sat with each of us.
More often than not.
This time of energy work.
Continues on for many days.
And insights and experiences may arise.
Both pleasant and unpleasant and just remember.
Your path,
Your soul's path.
Is probably limited to only a part of what you're noticing.
So feel free to simply allow some of what occurs to pass by.
Allow other things to sink in more deeply to naturally bring up.
Your aspect of whatever you're noticing.

We exit from sacred space with the same attention and gratitude,
Knowing that whatever insights there might be can come now or can come in a bit.
Letting our bodies process these energies in whatever way and time is appropriate for each of us.
And very gently just bringing attention again to Archangel Michael,
Thanking and releasing that aspect of Michael or whatever guides and angel came to you.
Knowing that you will reconnect in dream state and in meditation state.
But for right now,
Thanking and releasing this aspect of Archangel Michael.
Letting Michael gently step back,
Stepping away from the heavenly dimension,
That conscious magnified connection we have to Michael in the upper dimensions we are releasing.
And that magnified connection to Archangel Michael in the lower dimensions,
Also releasing that.
Letting Michael step back into relationship to you in whatever way is appropriate now in your waking state.
And just thanking and releasing all those aspects of Michael that each unique person has because just as we are unique,
Our connection to Archangel Michael is equally unique.
Thanking and releasing all those connections to Archangel Michael as Michael or the angel or guide steps back into relationship to each person's body in whatever way is appropriate.
Turning attention to the sphere all around the room.
That beautiful sphere and unconditional love held by nature.
Letting nature do what it does best.
It can clear,
It can cleanse any energies from the meditation.
Just gently bringing attention to the upper most portion of the sphere to the ceiling area.
Thanking the pure energy of nature for holding this portion of the sphere and gently releasing it,
Letting it escort homeward all the energies from the meditation that the pure energy of nature can help to escort home.
And releasing the conscious magnified connection to the pure energy of nature.
Then in the room the nature spirits,
Those vibrating at their level of unconditional love have been holding the sphere.
Thanking and releasing them from holding the sphere,
Letting them clear and cleanse anything from the meditation they've been holding on our behalf.
Letting them clear and cleanse the room and you,
Just that last little bit and the sphere,
Any last little bits of energies that are ready to go.
Thanking them for their service and just letting them release from holding the sphere and release from our conscious magnified connection to them.
Letting them step back into relationship with the room however it fits now.
And finally the land beneath,
Those nature spirits vibrating at their level of unconditional love holding the sphere beneath.
Letting them gently cleanse and clear themselves.
Anything from the meditation they can help to escort homeward.
Cleansing and clearing the land beneath from the meditation,
The floor of the room from the meditation,
Your feet chakras from the meditation.
Just letting them very gently,
Those nature spirits of the land beneath vibrating at their level of unconditional love cleansing clear anything they can cleanse and clear from the meditation.
Letting them step on back and step to wherever they need to be now in relationship to you and to the room.
We thank them for their service and we just gently release the conscious magnified connection to them.
And I gently offer gratitude for each person who has been present during this meditation knowing that our connection continues but right now it continues in a different manner than what it has been this last hour.
