Today is about melting away doubt and leaning into the power of your voice. If you struggle with feeling unsure of what to say or are constantly misunderstood, this meditation is for you. In this slow-paced session, we start by warming up the neck and throat. We then visualize the color blue and send awareness to the throat area. We end with powerful affirmations to help you share your words with more intention and overall authenticity. This soft meditation is set to Music of Wisdom's throat chakra opening melody, which enhances the beauty and flow.

Today,

We nustle into the beautiful area of the throat.

It's a powerful tool we can use to speak,

To sing,

To express love.

We open and clear the throat chakra,

So we can talk with confidence and clarity.

Because there's nothing more powerful than the sound of your own voice.

Listen to the sound of my voice,

And let the soft,

Subtle tone melt into every crevice within you.

Your voice is your superpower.

Your voice is your strength.

Your voice reflects the beating heart within you.

The passion that you withhold inside is reflected in how authentic your voice can be.

Breathe in authenticity,

And breathe out reluctancy.

Breathe in assuredness,

And breathe out hesitation.

Now circling the head and lightly massaging the muscles of the throat,

We begin to loosen up and activate this center.

Keep circling the head in whichever direction you choose,

Lightly pressing and touching on areas of the throat that have any tension.

Continue circling the throat,

Imagining a spiral as you circle the head.

This spiral represents the realm of communication that you hold.

How clear is this communication that you're making?

Is it resonating with the right people?

Keep circling the head,

Imagining this spiral,

Bringing clarity.

Now switch directions,

Circling the head and pressing into areas of stiffness in the throat.

Keep circling,

And just relax.

If all you can do is let go and be present,

You're doing it right.

Imagine the spiral.

Tap into your communication,

Tapping any areas of the throat,

Touching it gently,

Getting to know it,

And relaxing any soreness or tension.

Once you're ready,

You can remove the hands and stop circling.

Now as we go in a little deeper,

We'll settle into a visualization.

With your eyes closed,

Set your sights on the color blue.

This vibrant color represents clear communication,

Self-expression,

And truth.

Bring the color blue to your throat,

And imagine its icy touch on the muscles of your neck.

Imagine it becoming so numb with this cool touch that you almost feel the chill in your body.

Keep your attention to the throat,

The coolness of the throat.

Sit in this cool place for a moment,

Imagining yourself drinking ice-cold water,

And envisioning it running down your throat in a gentle,

Flowing motion.

Take a deep breath in,

And again feel the coolness of your breath as it touches every muscle in the throat and the neck.

Settle in.

Bring both hands to the throat now.

Almost let your head fall to one side as you use your hands to hold the weight of it,

As if you're reassuring yourself.

You're carrying the weight of your head like a baby.

Reassure this small part of you that everything is okay,

That your expression matters,

That your words matter,

That you make an impact in a way that no one else can.

Reassure this small part of you that you are worthy of all of it.

Now say the following words aloud.

You can repeat after me.

I hold my truth within me.

Only I know the words that define me.

I am confident in my speech.

I speak my truth.

I am proud of my voice.

I am proud of my voice.

I am proud of my voice.

I am proud of my voice.

I am proud of my voice.

Take a long slow deep breath in through the nose.

And sigh it out of the mouth.

Another long slow deep breath through the nose.

And sigh it again out of the mouth.

And sigh it out of the mouth.

Let it be imperfect,

Unrehearsed,

And untamed.

Let it be you.

Thank you for sharing space with me today.

Go in peace.
