This incredibly light meditation is made especially for highly sensitive people who need a quick tune-up. We release the grip of control and remain steadfast in our strength. We collectively imagine every fiber within our being getting light and airy, and we radiate this ethereal essence into the body. We take this beauty and couple it with our inherent fire. After reflecting on three enlightening journal prompts, we close by inhaling power and exhaling into our softness. The sensory stimulation of my voice leaves you feeling deeper into your sensations and less into anxiety, so you can move through your day with more delicateness, grace, and presence.

Softening into your power meditation,

Releasing the grip of control,

Yet remaining steadfast in your strength.

Take a moment to breathe in and out.

Allow your shoulders to relax,

Allow your breath to be long and deep.

Imagine every fiber within your being getting light and airy.

Like a whimsical meadow at dawn,

The light and dew create a dreamy vibration.

Think delicate textures,

Lightness,

Stillness and subtlety.

Radiate this ethereal essence into your body.

Feel it deeply and project it into your aura,

Let it spread through your field,

Taking up every little bit of space with this bright golden light.

Repeat to yourself,

Slow,

Soft,

Subtle,

Slow,

Soft,

And subtle,

Slow,

Soft,

And subtle.

Now breathe in slowly through the nose for about 8 seconds,

Hold it at the top,

And release through the mouth,

Slow,

Soft,

And subtle.

Now take this lightness and beauty and couple it with your inherent fire.

What in you gives you the power to speak your mind?

What in you gives you passion to embody yourself as a human being?

What in you gives you courage to stand up for what you believe in?

Consider these questions,

Bringing your awareness to your third eye center,

Tapping into this powerful,

Abundant intuition.

Imagine the answers to these questions in your mind's eye.

Maybe you don't have answers right away,

But you can feel it.

Perhaps you can see it through imagery or colors.

Sit in this moment and be present with any sensations.

What in you gives you the power to speak your mind?

What in you gives you passion to embody yourself as a human being?

What in you gives you courage to stand up for what you believe in?

Feel this power,

But instead of gripping it,

Let it soften.

Imagine the edges or the corners of this power disintegrating,

Evaporating into thin air and bring this powerful softness,

The ethereal scene from before,

Back into your memory.

Slow,

Soft,

And subtle.

Slow,

Soft,

And subtle.

Slow,

Soft,

And subtle.

There's so much power in your resilience.

Trying and failing and picking yourself back up again.

Even in this meditation,

This is the power that you need to harness.

It takes strength to find it,

And it requires resiliency to come back from it.

This blend of softness and strength is a beautiful duality.

We need both to live in our fullness.

We need both to give us freedom.

Let's end today with some long,

Slow,

Deep breaths at your own pace.

Inhaling power.

Exhaling softness.

Inhaling power.

Exhaling softness.

Inhaling power.

Exhaling softness.

Take a few moments today to journal your thoughts,

Really leaning into your power.

Thank you for your time today.

Namaste,

My friends.
