Sink in to the feeling of paradise.
Feeling at home deep within you.
Invite the warmth,
Comfort,
Protection.
Sink into paradise.
With every open breath,
Feeling safe,
Cared for,
Loved,
Nourished.
In paradise,
You know that you will always be treated with compassion and care.
As you breathe into that feeling,
Allow it to spread through your body,
Relaxing every muscle,
For there is no need for protection in paradise.
Observe where your body or breath are tense or tight.
With every breath,
Allow the feeling of paradise to spread.
When you are ready,
Take several deep breaths,
Returning to your body,
Stretching,
Moving,
Opening your eyes,
And writing down your experience in your journal.
