Based on the traditional honkyoku Kyorei 虚鈴, this meditation invites you to slow down and breathe quietly, following the rhythm of the shakuhachi. Can you hear the breath of life in each sound and cherish it? Can you feel the strength of your own breathing, the strength of being alive, and cherish it? Whenever you feel stuck, stressed, or anxious, take a deep breath in and breathe out as long as possible. Allow silence and space to unfold. Listen to the song of the Empty Bell.
