I'd love for you to take note of how are you feeling right now?

Take a note of how you're feeling right now.
If you haven't already,
I'll ask you to get into a comfortable position,
Either sitting in a comfortable chair like I am,
Lying on your couch,
Lying on your bed,
Lying on your floor,
On a yoga mat or some blankets,
Anywhere where you feel comfortable.
I'll also ask you to turn off any notifications on your phone or computer,
Ideally be in a calm and quiet environment,
And I'll ask you to close your eyes and take some nice,
Deep and slow breaths at your own pace,
Whatever feels right for you,
Ensuring that you're fully exhaling and fully inhaling,
Seeing or feeling your tummy rising,
And again at a very nice,
Slow,
Relaxed pace,
Whatever feels right for you.
At this point,
I'm starting to connect with the universal sphere energy.
As I'm doing so,
I'll ask you to release any expectations you have of what you may or may not experience,
What you may or may not sense,
And also what you may or may not visualize.
I ask you to honor whatever experience,
Feeling,
Or visualization you have.
Whatever you experience is what you are meant to experience.
As I'm connecting with this energy,
I'm truly grateful to be here in this present moment.
As we all know,
We only have the present moment,
And the present moment is where all creation happens.
I'll ask you to let go of any thoughts you're having,
Regardless of what they are.
Be gentle with yourself,
Be kind.
If and when you have a thought come into your head,
Lovingly and gently let it go.
Come back to your breathing.
Release any thoughts you have about what happened earlier today,
And let go of any thoughts,
Fears or concerns you have about what's happening the rest of your day,
Or at any point in the future.
Come back to being present,
And come back to being focused on your breath.
And as we're connecting with this energy,
I'd like you to know that you will be receiving the benefits of this energy,
Regardless of what your experience is right here,
Right now.
You will be receiving an increase in your vibration,
You will be receiving an increase in your energetic aura's love and light,
And all of those will be happening whether or not you feel,
Sense,
Experience or visualize anything.

Gratitude is one of the highest vibration thoughts and feelings that we can have,
And by focusing on this gratitude,

You can start slowly wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingers.
You can do some light stretches.
