This meditation is about bringing awareness to our intention and desire. Awakening our solar plexus which is our seat of intentions and desires. It's about setting intentions. It’s about announcing our trillions of cells our intentions and allowing them to store in their memory. It’s about calming our mind chatter with a positive affirmation. It’s about connecting to mother earth and feeling grounded, connected and supported.

So very gently let's close our eyes and align our soles in the steady posture.
Aligning our neck and spine.
Relaxing our shoulders back and down.
Keeping our feet firmly grounded,
Connected,
Pressing from all the four corners.
Formly seated on your sit bones.
Gently.
Let's bring our right hand on to the chest,
Left hand just below and around our navel.
So as we connect with our physical body.
And gently shifting our awareness to our breath.
As you inhale,
Let your belly rise.
As you exhale,
Let your belly go in.
Inhale and exhale at your own pace,
At your own comfort.
Feel the breath.
Follow your breath.
This week we are focusing our awareness to our intentions.
But before we intend,
Let go of anything.
Let go of any expectations out of our intentions.
Let go of any judgement or analysis towards our intentions.
And simply allow the intuitive intentions to come to you as you gently quiet yourself.
Very gently shift your awareness.
Towards your lower back,
Bringing both your palms back towards the base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone and simply be.
If you like,
Gently think of sound,
Lam.
As you are keeping your feet firmly grounded,
Connected,
For a few seconds pull in that Mother Earth energy from your feet up to your ankles,
Up to your knees,
Up to your thighs,
Wrapping around towards your lower back,
Base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
And keeping that sense of touch of your palms towards your lower back.
Maybe you are being aware of your breath or simply allowing this vibration of the sound,
Lam.
Very gently affirm yourself that I intend to have a healthy physical self.
Very gently relax your shoulders back and down and bring both your palms below your navel.
Think of sound,
Lam,
As you are aware of the sense of touch of your palms and the breath below the navel.
And gently intend that I intend to be creative with purpose in my life.
Very gently just about the navel to our Manipura chakra,
Our solar plexus.
Shifting our sound to ram,
Be aware of your breath above the navel.
And gently let this intention be announced to our trillions of cells that I intend to follow all my plans and goals with will power,
Confidence and 100% commitment.
And gently let this intention be announced to our trillions of cells that I intend to follow all my plans and goals with will power,
Confidence and 100% commitment.
Very gently to our heart center.
The sound is yam.
Be aware of the breath and the expansion and the contraction of the space in your heart center.
I intend to stay loving and compassionate towards myself and to others.
Very gently at your neck and throat.
The sound is hum.
I intend to stay truthful in my communication with myself and others.
Very gently at your forehead.
The sound is sham.
I intend to listen to my inner wisdom,
To my intuition.
And gently to the crown of your head.
Simply staying silent or thinking of sound.
I intend to continue to stay connected with the universe.
And to a peaceful,
Healthy,
Prosperous world.
Very gently.
Shifting your palms through the back of your spine all the way to the base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
Feeling grounded,
Connected,
Supported by Mother Earth.
Very gently.
Relax your shoulders back and down and bring both your palms back to your lap,
Facing up.
Gently shifting your awareness to the crown of your head.
Allowing this universal energy through the crown of your head.
Awakening your own intuitions towards your intentions.
Today we simply stay silent and allowing intentions in the form of thoughts,
Images,
Sensations and experience to come to us.
So simply be aware of your breath and allow any intentions to come to you.
So gently,
As if you're feeling this beautiful divine energy entering from the crown of your head towards your forehead.
Connecting to the trillions of cells at your forehead.
And simply stay at the center of your eyebrows or center of your forehead,
However it comes to you.
Awakening your intuition center.
Down towards the tip of your nose,
Center of your chin,
Center of your throat.
As you connect to this Vasudha chakra,
The most purifying energy center,
Simply stay there and allow any intentions in the form of thoughts,
Images,
Sensations come to you.
And as you step into your own create the experience that you that nobody feels,
The rune that's in,
Very gently shifting your awareness from your throat center towards your heart and simply settling it at your heart center.
Coming towards your navel,
Just above the navel to our many poor chakra,
The solar plexus.
Our seat for intentions and desires.
Simply be aware of your breath about the navel.
== towards you,
Below the navel to our second energy center,
Swadhisthana chakra.
Being established in our true soul.
Allow any creative intentions come to you.
Very gently shifting your awareness towards your lower back,
Base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone and feeling grounded,
Connected as you stay at this root chakra,
The supporting energy center.
Very gently bring into awareness one clear,
Short and detailed intention for your physical health as you are at the base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
Think gently and repeat it few times without moving your tongue and lips.
Very gently shift your awareness back towards the navel,
Just below the navel and think and repeat an intention towards creativity,
Creating your own life.
What is it that you want to create in your life?
Something nourishing for yourself and others,
Not something that you want but something that you want to create in your life.
Gently just about the navel for an intention,
For your own inner transformation or some plans or goals and actions to be achieved.
Gently to your heart center,
An intention towards your relationships.
Gently to your heart center.
Very gently towards the center of your throat,
An intention that you want to think and repeat silently towards your own internal dialogue and communications with others.
Gently shifting your awareness to the center of your forehead,
Center of your eyebrows,
However it comes to you and allowing yourself to connect to this intuitive center.
Setting an intention towards your spiritual aspirations.
Gently towards the crown of your head,
To the crown chakra,
The thousand petals,
The petals energy center,
Sahasara chakra,
An intention to connect with the universe.
At this center everything is possible,
Infinite possibility,
Infinite connectivity,
Infinite creativity.
Allow any intentions that you think is impossible that could be made possible with the connection with the universe.
Gently shifting your awareness from the crown of your head all the way down towards the base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
Allowing the universe to take care of the details of all your intentions and as you stay at the base of your spine maybe feel and enjoy the tangible forms of all the intentions as if they come true and are supported by cosmos,
Supported by mother earth.
Let's very gently bring awareness to your entire body,
Trillions of cells for few seconds settle in pure awareness,
Pure silence wherever your awareness stays.
Let's very gently bring one last intention just for yourself,
Something for you and announce it to the trillions of cells.
Beautiful.
Gently take a couple of big inhales,
Exhale out,
Trust the universe to work out its details and give us our intentions in tangible forms and when you see them unfold please commit to those intentions with 100% with truthfulness,
With love and compassion,
With nourishment for yourself and others allowing it to manifest for the highest purpose.
Again couple of big inhales,
Exhale out and gently bring both your palms together,
Go ahead and rub them,
Place it onto your eyes and then gently massage from head to toe.
Circular motion of your palms,
Neck and throat,
All your joints,
Your shoulders,
Your elbows,
Wrists,
Pressing your palms,
Your fingertips,
Your torso,
Your lower back,
Thighs,
Knees,
Back to our eyes,
Gently awakening ourselves to all the five senses as we get into the physical world gently and effortlessly.
