We all are very aware of being active and doing stuff with our mind and with our solar plexus.
We always bring this awareness to simply being.
So today there's no affirmation,
No intention,
No plans,
No goals.
Simply be.
And as you stay in the present moment from past or future,
You will stay as simply being.
So let's bring our right hand onto the chest,
Left hand just below and around our navel.
Let's softly close our eyes.
They're not squeezed or scrunched.
We are sitting nice and tall,
Alert and awake.
So today as we bring awareness to be simply be,
Being big,
We start with being active for few minutes as we gently shift ourselves into pure awareness,
Pure silence.
So bring awareness to the sense of touch of your feet,
Firmly grounded,
Connected to Mother Earth.
As you pull in that beautiful grounding steady silent energy from your toes up to your ankles,
Up to your knees,
Up to your thighs,
Your hips,
Towards your lower back,
Base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
Let your awareness settle at the base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
And gently bring awareness to your breath.
As you inhale,
Let your belly rise.
As you exhale,
Let your belly go in.
Inhaling and exhaling at your own pace,
At your own comfort.
As you keep your awareness at your breath,
Allowing your belly to rise as you inhale and fall as you exhale.
Keeping that awareness at the present moment with your breath starts shifting you into simply being.
No past,
No future,
No judgment,
No analysis,
But right here,
Right now with your breath.
Very gently shift your palms back to your lap facing up.
And gently shift your awareness from your lower back to the mid back,
Upper back,
Back of your head,
Crown of your head,
Allowing this beautiful universal energy from the crown of your head to your forehead.
As you continue to connect with the trillions of cells with your breath,
As if each and every cell at your forehead is inhaling,
Exhaling.
As you keep your awareness to that present moment,
Inhaling and exhaling,
You will find yourself going to your quieter level,
Shifting into being.
And it's okay if your awareness,
Your mind shifts or drifted away into past or future into judgment and analysis.
It's okay.
Simply observe that and then gently come to the awareness of the breath with the trillions of cells.
It's just an intention whether you feel the cells inhaling or exhaling,
But just have an intention of connecting to the trillions of cells.
As you gently shift your awareness to your eyebrows,
Softly closed eyes,
Relaxed jaw to your unclenched teeth,
Down towards your throat center,
To your shoulders,
Upper arm,
Elbows,
Lower arm.
Settle at your palms facing up.
Feel as if hundreds and thousands of your now endings at the tip of your fingers are inhaling,
Exhaling with a dynamic exchange with the universe.
Gently from your palms to your elbows up to your shoulders,
To the center of your throat,
At the center of your throat,
Simply be watching your breath at the center of your throat.
As you gently come to the center of your heart from your throat,
Again connecting to the breath at your heart center,
Connecting to that space expanding and contracting at your heart center.
Simply settling with pure awareness,
Pure silence.
Down towards your belly,
Watching your breath go in and out as you watch your belly rise and fall.
Towards your legs,
Your knees,
Your ankles,
Your feet,
Your toes.
And gently awareness to your entire body to the trillions of cells,
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Allowing yourself to settle more and more into this quieter realm.
And very gently shifting your awareness from the trillions of cells in your body,
Settle wherever it feels like today.
Maybe at your forehead,
Center of your eyebrows or watching your breath in and out through your nostrils or simply being at your heart center.
Feeling that lightness of being,
Basking in this pure silence,
Pure awareness,
Pure existence.
Allowing ourselves to manifest a true nature of pure love.
Joy and blissfulness.
As we continue with this practice every day,
We allow our mind to settle so that our inner silence is able to shine through,
Bringing clarity in our life towards all aspects of our life,
Physical,
Emotional,
Social,
Material,
Spiritual.
Very gently shifting awareness away from your forehead,
Away from your breath at your nostrils or at your heart center.
Again back to your entire body,
Trillions of cells.
Wherever you feel like settling for a few seconds.
Let's very gently bring both your palms together.
Go ahead and gently rub them.
Place it on to your eyes for a few seconds.
And gently massaging from head to toe,
Take your time as you awaken your energy.
As you also gently bring that love and joy that you manifested in the form of your static energy,
Powerful energy back to your trillions of cells.
Physically using the sense of touch and also as you awaken to get back to your physical activities from this nice,
Gentle,
Silent,
Non-movement of ours.
So from head to toe,
To your neck and throat,
Your shoulders,
Your elbows,
However it comes to you.
On the circular motion to your joints,
Your shoulders,
Elbows,
Knees,
Ankles,
Back to your eyes whenever you're ready.
And opening your eyes when you feel comfortable.
