Let's begin by coming into the here and now,
Sinking deep into our bodies,
Deep into our hearts.
Feel the substance of your human heart.
Welcome the emotions,
The longings,
The energy that is there in your heart.
You belong to yourself.
In all that you are,
In all your hopes and fears,
Your longings and your doubts.
In all that is within,
That is incomplete,
And all that is shimmering with delight and joy.
We welcome the fullness of our heartfulness in the human experience.
And now,
Feel the pull further inward,
A magnetic drawing from the deep core of your heart into the essence of the divine heart,
The heart of God within your heart,
The center of radiant bliss,
Which is the energy of divine love.
You belong to God.
Feel that love pulsing in your heart,
Emanating out into the space around you,
The room you're in,
Into the neighborhood,
Into your city.
Feel it in the collective space among us,
In the we space field,
Which touch points and spreads across the globe.
With our hearts cohering a field and tapping into the divine heart presence that is bigger than any border or barrier.
We belong to the world.
Do you feel your awareness drawn to any particular location or simply with the whole?
Here in this belonging,
We share in the mystical embodiment of our collective humanity.
In this awareness,
Welcome your headspace,
Not confined to the space within,
But moving with your awareness in this more vast participation.
Let your mind so to be open and expanded into this global capacity.
Let your head meet your heart in this span and then begin to feel that rising and expanding even further beyond,
Into the stars,
Into the immense expanse of the universe,
The infinite,
Beautiful mystery.
We belong to the whole vast cosmos.
Now find your feet down to your tiny toes.
Let your feet come to you to the earth in this place here and now in your body and rooting into the body of the earth,
Into the body of Christ,
The divine and the material particle dancing in all things.
This body too is expansive,
Stretching across galaxies and stars and quantum non-locality.
Welcome in your awareness,
Your participation in this cosmic body.
Feel the life coursing throughout our veins through the movement of the Christ energy in nature,
In the streams and the rivers,
In the mycelial networks of fibers and filaments underneath the surface of things,
In our incarnated entanglement with all things in this body of God.
We belong to the earth and to this particular place in which we have been planted,
Where we are rooted but not bound to this life,
To this time of being and becoming,
Branching and blooming forth in the here and now.
From this deep rootedness and interconnection throughout the earth and material reality,
Welcome awareness now in your womb space.
Here in the inner organ of creation,
We belong to the source,
To the divine wellspring at the depths of our being,
To our common origin from which all springs forth,
The fount of life flowing into our being and the eternal emergence of all things made new.
And here and now,
Together in this space,
In this shared womb of mystical kinship,
We belong to one another.
And in this we space,
With our whole being and our expansive belonging.
We are here now together in this mystical field of communion,
Of divine presence,
With the cloud of witnesses and communion of saints,
Welcoming the guides who have been here all along.
It is this mystical reality to which we truly belong at all times.
To this broader expanse,
This deep influx,
This interconnected whole,
And how we embody that together in the here and now,
In this time and place,
In this collective field of mystical becoming.
We belong to this moment.
From the solidity of deep belonging comes the freedom to trust in our becoming,
To what is coming forth in our midst.
And so we open the we space to sharing now,
As well in words,
Presencing what is alive and arising among us,
Naming what is present in our experience,
Offering insights,
Visions,
Sensations,
Intuitions of all forms.
