Her cancer diagnosis in 2018, at age 29, brought her to mindfulness, and she has done a deep dive since then exploring myriad wisdom traditions and healing modalities. She believes that true wellness lies at the intersection of authenticity, unlearning, bio-individuality, reconnecting with Nature, exploring (and accepting) mortality, deep presence, and a regulated nervous system.
