This morning ritual is the perfect start into your day. It's a gentle reminder of your ability to consciously become more present in your body, to let go of the night's energies and own your body and energy system with grace and ease. Good morning beautiful,

Good morning and welcome to this small little morning ritual that will help you to arrive in this new day and to start your day with a fresh energized and wide being.

So if you are ready just take any comfortable position whether you're still in bed or just woke up,

Just find any comfortable position and let's start,

Okay and just start by taking a couple of deep breaths in and out.

Take that moment to consciously arrive in this space,

In this practice you've gifted yourself with and feel the love for yourself for having taken that choice.

Don't take yourself for granted,

Don't take for granted that you're starting your day with a mindful blissful healing practice.

Connect to your inner self,

You might want to place one hand on your chest,

Maybe one on your belly and just see how you're feeling.

Check in and see what's moving inside,

Is there hardness,

Is there an easy flow,

Is there excitement,

Just appreciate yourself for what you are in this moment and some of these feelings,

Notions might already knock your door from what expects you today in this new day and some of those notions might just be from last night,

They might just be experiences that you had last night and that are now left with you within your body,

They are left from the journeys you had last night,

So just appreciate whatever is there before you come back to this more present moment,

Beautiful.

And wherever you are at know that you're exactly where you're meant to be in this morning and I'm now inviting you to see are you actually in your body or are you actually hovering somewhere above your body and don't get scared,

That's natural,

That's what you do at night,

You somehow leave your body always in connection with your body,

That's how you travel.

Okay and you might visualize yourself now just maybe one or two meters above your body,

Maybe you see yourself down there,

Your body down there or you just know that you are not yet fully grounded in your body or you feel yourself like halfway,

Like somewhere halfway clicked in your body and the other half is out,

Just go with your intuitive knowing in this moment and appreciate yourself,

There's nothing to change about it right now,

It's just perceiving where you're at or just play around and make something up,

You can just make up that you're up there in the cloud,

That you see your body from quite far from that bird perspective,

Just go with what feels safe for you in this moment,

You might want to sit on a cloud so that you feel held,

You feel the comfort of the cosmos holding you and realize that your spirit and body,

You've created that beautiful body and your spirit,

You have the ability to travel,

To fly,

To go into different dimensions and during the day it might help to know how you ground yourself so that you take on all the tasks that wait for you so that your mind can work well,

So that you have the energy you need within your body to create your everyday life,

So I'm inviting you now to from wherever you are,

Whether that's close to your body or far,

Just invite that golden cleansing rain shower and watch it fall down to your body and watch it cleanse and free and liberate and refresh that place,

That space within your spirit and your body,

Wherever your spirit and your body don't seem to be one yet,

Just let that rain shower wash everything away that belongs to last night's experiences or that belongs to older experiences,

Something maybe that got stuck in your energy field somewhere in between cosmos and body,

You don't have to really understand what you find,

It's just about observing that golden rain shower from your spirit wherever you are down towards your body and watch it really go through that whole space in between you and your body and see the obstacles but also just see the free fall of that rain and watch it touching your body and watch it cleansing the energy space within your body,

There's nothing you have to do,

It's just about breathing and as you watch the rain fall,

Just let go,

Let go of anything that stands in between you and really owning your body in this day that stands in between you and really becoming present with your feelings,

Your physical notions,

Your grounding power,

Your grounding comfort connection to Mother Earth,

Just watch that rain,

Maybe you want to make it more intense,

Maybe you want to choose a different color for it,

Maybe you want to make it colder or warm,

Just really check in with yourself,

What do you need right now so that it can be a very welcoming invitation for you to more and more sink down into your body and no pressure here,

There's no ideal that you should reach,

It's just an invitation for you to see the difference,

What happens when you come close and close and sink consciously close and close into your body,

So if you feel like and if you are ready,

Let that rain touch your spirit and slowly in your very own pace,

Watch yourself sinking closer towards that physical body that you are,

What do you feel,

Does it feel inviting,

Does it feel scary to touch your body,

To get closer to your body,

That's normal for many of us,

It's not always a safe experience to be present in our bodies,

So find love for what you find,

There's nothing wrong with you,

It's just what is for now,

There you are,

Spirit in connection with your body,

No matter how far your body seems,

This is your home spirit,

This is the vessel for that human experience you created,

So feel the loving attraction from your spirit to your body,

Feel it and breathe it,

It's that body that allows you a human experience with feelings,

Emotions,

With joy and pain,

It's that body that allows you to feel the possibility of healing and connection,

So feel the loving attraction that is there and with every exhale,

Sink closer towards your body and let that rain always support where it feels hard to connect,

To click in with your body,

Let the rain wash away all that mistrust or those energies that are not from the present moment,

The fear maybe,

Maybe other people's energies that aren't of you,

Collective's energies,

Whatever it is,

Anything that stands in between you and choosing freely how and in which pace to sink into your body,

Let them be washed away and let that rain remind you that you're coming home,

Breathe yourself closer and closer to your body,

Into your body,

As far as it's possible for you today,

Don't go with pressure and if you are already clicked in in your body,

Maybe it was quite easy for you or you never left your body really,

Then use that breath to really expand your space within your body,

Use that breath to let go of anything that's holding stagnant energies,

Expand your body,

Make it wide,

So that you create space for whatever wants to move within in this day,

So that you make space for everything that wants to touch you during this day and you will know that you are safe because your spirit and body and you're connected with the love and peace to that body of yours,

To that spirit of yours,

So perceive the power that evolves when spirit and body become one,

When they remember that they belong together,

Beautiful,

I'm inviting you to stay here for as long as you wish,

You can always pause the audio and take all the time you need here really,

Go with your pace to let that rain refresh you,

Let it cleanse you and let it free your spirit and body connection for a more present and more authentic start into your day and if you're ready,

Bow down in front of you,

Bow down before your human,

Your spirit being,

Thank yourself for this practice,

Thank yourself for the self care and love and in your own pace,

Come back from this trance and take note of how your body feels right now,

How you feel right now so in your body,

With your body,

Ready for this day,

I wish for you the most peaceful and loving start into this day,

May you remember to honor yourself as a human,

As a spirit and as a body have the most beautiful day ahead,
