There are two basic motivating forces,
Fear and love.
When we are afraid,
We pull back from life.
When we are in love,
We open to all that life has to offer with passion,
Excitement and acceptance.
We need to learn to love ourselves first,
In all our glory and our imperfections.
If we cannot love ourselves,
We cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create.
Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.
John Lennon First,
Get comfortable.
Just allow peace to come into your body and into your mind.
Let's take a few deep breaths.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Bring your present moment awareness into this space.
Lessons come in all shapes and sizes and there is no need to worry at this moment.
The universe loves you.
Yes the future might be uncertain,
But you can bring the feelings of confidence into uncertainty.
Everything is okay.
Bring the feelings of peace into your heart center.
Allow your attention to focus on the feelings of peace in your heart center.
Envision the universal healing white light coming into your heart center.
What does it feel like?
Now grow that light from your heart center.
Let it expand and grow in every direction.
And let go of fear.
Let go of worry.
You are in a place of pure love and peace.
What does it feel like?
Now repeat after me inwardly.
I am in a place of pure love and grace.
I let go of fear and worry.
My mind is strong.
I will not let fear control my mind.
I am the only one that can change my thoughts.
Now we will introduce a traditional mantra used originally by the Tibetan Buddhists to our meditation.
Om Mani Padme Ham.
It means praise to the jewel in the lotus.
And it's believed to channel kind and compassionate energies to alleviate fear,
Stress and anxiety.
Now say it inwardly back to back.
Om Mani Padme Ham.
Om Mani Padme Ham.
Om Mani Padme Ham.
Om Mani Padme Ham.
It's time to let the mantra go.
Allow yourself to come back and feel the strength you have created within.
Feel this strength fully as you come back into your conscious mind and body.
And now let's say this prayer of gratitude together and end our meditation.
Thank you for giving me the strength and courage to see and feel myself in a different light.
I thank my higher self for taking the time to do this meditation.
I appreciate my mind,
Body and spirit and know that the universal power that lives in all things and lives inside of me.
Come back slowly to the present moment.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
From my heart to yours with all my gratitude and love.
Namaste.
Om Mani Padme Ham.
