Hey guys,
Today we're going to talk about anxiety relief.
So I wanted to share a tip that I use when I'm feeling anxious and nothing else seems to be working.
I use crystals,
I use essential oils,
I use meditation a lot for stress relief,
For dealing with emotional healing and also anxiety about the future.
But sometimes just nothing seems to work and I'm still feeling anxious or feeling off or feeling low.
And so I was having this experience yesterday and it reminded me that I haven't done a video that's as practical as this one is going to be on this topic.
So I hope this is helpful for you.
Sometimes it happens where you just feel like all of the emotions,
All of the anxiety,
All of the orneriness or jitteriness and you know that it's not real,
But you also know that you're still feeling it.
And that can happen to me when my hormones get out of whack.
And I usually,
If I'm feeling hormonal,
Can just use some essential oils,
Do a little meditation and it works.
But yesterday I could not meditate.
I couldn't do any of the things that I normally do.
It was pretty bad.
And so I know in that moment there is one thing that works.
It just takes a little bit more time to stop and be purposeful.
So I want to share that with you today and hopefully it can help you if you're experiencing some of those similar issues and it won't go away.
So what I do is a vocal toning exercise and essentially it's going to be making my body vibrate,
Using my own voice and helping that to realign and get to a better vibrational space.
So what I do is I think to myself for a second,
Where am I feeling this anxiety?
Am I feeling it in my head?
Am I feeling it in my gut?
Am I feeling it in my ribs,
In my liver?
Am I feeling it in my heart?
Where am I feeling that emotion?
And so let's just say that it's in my ribs.
Let's say it's around my liver area,
My stomach area,
Butterflies in the stomach feeling.
Then what I would do is I will literally just hum up and down until I find the vibration that feels most reverberating in that area of the body,
In my rib cage.
So feel free to play along with me so I'm not the only one making funny noises,
But I'm going to show you exactly what I do.
I'll just close my eyes.
You can put palms up,
Palms down.
You can hold crystals too if you want to,
Especially calming crystals,
Amethyst,
Clear quartz,
Blue lace agate,
Rose quartz,
Things like that.
So hold your calming crystals and then you can just vibrate.
You just hum different pitches until you feel the one that you really feel in the area of the body.
You can feel it vibrating where you're feeling nervous,
Right?
So mmmmmmmmmm.
And as loud as you can,
Fill up your lungs with air.
And then as you hum,
Allow your body just to be relaxed and to act like that speaker system.
So you really want to feel the vibration just like you can see the vibration on the front of the speaker,
Right,
As it's blasting out that music.
So mmmmmmmmmm.
Hold that for as long as you comfortably can.
Breathe.
Keep doing it.
You can do a series of different pitches.
I'm not going to go into,
There's a science behind all of this about vibration and frequency and chakra system and all of that.
I'm not going to go into that because I actually cover that extensively in both the Intro to Crystals course as well as the Crystals and Oils Blueprint course.
But this is just practically how you do it.
And I want you to be able to see me doing it and know that even if it seems a little silly,
Even if it feels a little awkward at first,
It's really simple and you can do it too.
So you can go from a lower pitch to a higher pitch or a higher pitch to a lower pitch or you can just hum that one that feels the best.
And as you're doing that,
That vibration within that part of your body is actually helping that area of your body to get into a comfortable,
Stable vibration and not be all out of whack.
So just keep doing that.
Until you start to feel yourself literally calming down.
And you can do this in a quiet space just as if you're meditating.
You can put on some meditation music.
You can hum along to the meditation music if that is more helpful for you,
Not just hearing yourself in a quiet room.
You can also use this if you're having trouble falling asleep.
If anxiety is keeping you up or your head is going too fast and you just cannot fall asleep.
If you sleep by yourself or if your partner doesn't mind or if you want to take a nap in the middle of the day,
As you're laying down,
You can actually put your hands on whatever that part of the body is that's bothering you.
So you're doing hands on healing as well.
And then just continue to hum that sound until you fall asleep or until you get bored of it.
But very often if I do that,
I will fall asleep more quickly and I will have a deeper sleep than if I lay there restless having trouble to fall asleep because of all the stuff going in my head.
So I hope that that is helpful for you to give you an idea of when those things that usually work aren't working,
What is another out of the box thing that you can try that is simple,
Easy to do anywhere that can help you to reduce anxiety in the moment.
So try that out and let me know.
Let me know how it feels.
Can you feel it resonating in your body?
Can you feel your body vibrating?
Can you feel a literal sense of relaxation happening?
Try it before you go to sleep.
See if you fall asleep faster.
Leave a comment below and let me know if this was helpful for you.
Much love guys,
Many blessings,
And I'll see you soon.
