My wellness journey started in 2017 during a season of burnout and disconnection. Yoga was the doorway back to myself and once I stepped through it, everything changed. What began as personal healing turned into a calling. I became a 500-hour yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, meditation guide, and sound healing facilitator. Eventually, I left my corporate career to create spaces where others could experience the same kind of reset that changed my life. Today, I host immersive wellness retreats across the U.S. and internationally — including my Breathe & Breeze retreats. These aren’t just trips. They’re intentional pauses. Space to breathe deeper. Move your body. Regulate your nervous system. Reconnect with yourself. Sound healing is a big part of my work. I use crystal singing bowls and other instruments to guide you into deeply restorative states — the kind where your mind finally quiets and your body softens. My retreats blend yoga, meditation, energy work, meaningful conversation, beautiful locations, and just the right amount of adventure. I’m thoughtful about the details, but what matters most is how you feel while you’re there: supported, seen, grounded, and expanded.
