Meditation Timer OnlineJackie took her first yoga class at a local gym in 2012. and instantly fell in love with it. In 2019, she completed her 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher training. Her love of learning continues with training in Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, and Yoga for Sports.
