Hello and welcome.
Thank you for joining me in the meditation.
Compassion Rising.
Just begin to settle in.
Taking your time to rise.
Arriving into this moment.
Gently arriving into this space and time.
Arriving into your body.
Arriving into you.
Arriving without judgment.
Notice your rhythm of settling.
Allowing it to take its time to unfold.
All of you is here.
Begin to allow a moment to tune in.
Begin to gently wash your awareness through your thoughts,
Your feelings,
Sensations.
Without judgment.
Gently washing your awareness through your entire being.
Gently tuning in.
Without judgment.
Just a curiosity and a gentle awareness.
Moving through and being with the experiences that are arriving just as they are.
Watching them with a gentleness as they add and flow through.
Begin to notice with a delicate gaze.
Places of heaviness within your body.
The places of tightness.
Of tension within.
Then begin to gently explore and skin your body.
To discover the whispers of softness,
Of ease,
Of tenderness.
Often it can be hidden in the corners of our being.
Hidden but there.
In between the places of fear,
Of sadness.
And as you explore these places of ease,
Of softness,
The gentle whispers of them.
Take a moment to begin to let the places of compassion within you rise up.
Just right here,
Right now,
Or maybe you imagine or sense compassion resting within you.
Just allowing it to gently float to the surface of you.
Rising.
Rising.
Rising.
Rising with the rhythm of your breath.
Rising maybe to the beat of your expansive heart.
Rising and receiving in.
Receiving in.
Rising up.
Notice how the places of softness meet your being like a gentle breeze.
Caressing this moment within you.
Maybe you notice the softening in your toes,
In the back of your legs.
Softening.
Rising compassion.
Receiving in compassion.
Allow a gentle gaze,
A compassion to meet the heaviness.
Then take a moment to move through back to the places of ease,
Traveling to the ease and traveling back to the heaviness.
Rising up compassion.
Reaching in compassion.
Flowing to the ease and then gently flowing back to the heavy and then to the ease.
Notice how you hold both experiences with compassion and with tenderness.
Notice how the experiences begin to weave within you.
Connecting,
Holding.
Embracing one another.
Rising up compassion arrives to the surface of you.
Receiving in compassion embraces you.
Rising up.
Receiving in.
Rising up.
Receiving in peace.
Rising up.
Receiving in love.
Rising up.
Receiving in kindness.
Rising up.
Receiving in care.
Rising up.
Receiving in you.
Notice how you begin to move closer to the energy of compassion.
Take a moment to allow that compassion just to vibrate through you.
Breathing in compassion.
Breathing out compassion.
Allowing it to flow through your entire being.
Holding your heart.
Holding the hearts of others.
Take your time to be with this compassion within you.
And when you are ready,
Begin to settle back into the space that you're in.
As you transition back to this moment,
Noticing the ground beneath your feet.
The earth supporting your entire being.
Maybe taking a few breaths in and out.
And just returning your awareness back to this moment.
This moment being grounded in your heart.
Grounded in compassion.
