Take a moment to settle in.

To settle into this space,

To this moment.

Just allowing your body to settle right here,

Right now.

Just taking a moment,

Just allowing yourself to just arrive.

For some of us,

Arriving into this moment,

Maybe through the breath.

Maybe it's connecting to the ground beneath your feet.

Connecting to the sit bones that are being supported by the chair or the ground beneath you.

Maybe arriving is through gentle movements of the body.

Maybe it's bringing attention to the gentle letting go into gravity.

Just allow yourself to notice what settling in,

What arriving into this moment looks like for you.

Stretching and settling without judgment.

Just taking your time to just arrive,

To just settle in.

And as you continue to settle in,

Notice what supports a sense of awareness of this moment.

And having your eyes open with a gentle gaze will allow for more outer reflection.

And having your eyes closed allows for more inward reflection.

Just take the time to notice what supports you in this moment as you settle right into you.

And as you settle onto the support of the earth beneath you.

Take a moment if you wish to notice your breath.

Noticing the rhythm of your breath as you inhale and as you exhale.

Noticing your breath just as it is without judgment.

Just allowing your breath to arrive here now.

And as you notice your breath,

Take a moment to gently move through and notice your body.

Just scanning the body,

Taking notice of any places of tension.

Just allowing your breath to gently meet that tension with a gentle whisper of the breath.

Often,

When we feel a sense of fear or a sense of overwhelm in our bodies,

Our bodies may pull in.

There may be a sense of rigidity.

Maybe the body tightens.

Maybe there's a tightness in the neck or in the shoulders.

Maybe there's the need to feel what might be coming next by bracing,

Sensing the body,

Getting prepared.

Maybe the breath becomes held in.

Your energy may feel stuck or depleted.

And just right here,

Right now,

With a sense of curiosity,

Take a moment to just notice how fear arrives.

Noticing it with a gentleness.

Noticing it with compassion.

When we are in the midst of fear,

That is not all there is.

You can feel more than one feeling at once.

There is always space for hope.

Take a moment to now notice maybe the places and pockets of ease in your body.

Maybe a small beginning or place of expansion within you.

A lightness.

The places where you feel a sense or maybe even a whisper of relaxation.

Maybe you sense it in a small place within your heart or maybe there is even a softening happening in the toes.

Just take a moment to notice the small spaces of ease,

Of lightness.

The beginning of a melting.

As you notice these places within you,

Take a moment to notice how the word hope lands.

Hope.

Hope.

Notice how the words land in your body.

And as you notice how those words land,

Take a moment to gently notice where hope is living within you.

And as you notice the place where hope lives,

Just see how it arrives right here,

Right now.

Noticing the sensations of hope in your body.

Maybe there is a sense of lightness,

Expansion,

A sense of spaciousness in and around you.

Maybe you sense a lifting,

A lifting up of your body,

Right up towards the vast blue sky.

Hope aligning you with your knowing,

With your essence.

Allow your body to melt into this place of hope within you,

Allowing the hope to wash right through you,

Right through your entire being.

As you immerse yourself in this hope,

Take a moment to notice the images or colors or energies that arrive right here,

Right now,

With that hope,

That hope that lives within you.

Maybe it's a vast,

Soft,

Warm,

Orange sunrise,

Expanding your being into the place of possibilities,

Expanding you into the place of dreams.

Take your time to melt into hope,

Allowing it to warm your entire being.

Take your time to notice how hope connects you,

How it connects you to this place right here,

Right now,

This place within,

This place of freedom,

This place of expansion,

This place of spaciousness for your whole being.

Lean right into hope.

And as you lean right into hope,

Notice how it meets those places of tension,

Those places of fear.

Noticing how hope cradles fear of lightness,

With a gentleness,

With a sweet,

Sweet,

Sweet ever-present tenderness.

Sensing how hope is there,

Right alongside fear.

Take your time to allow hope to extend right through you,

Noticing this hope that lives within you,

A hope that is ever-present.

And as you continue to immerse into hope's presence,

Slowly take a few deep breaths in and out,

Maybe noticing how hope dances on the breath,

How it dances you right here to this moment.

And slowly,

In your own time,

Gently allowing hope to lead you right here,

Right now,

Leading you into the space that you are in,

As it gently allows you to return yourself to the space.

And when you're ready,

Take a moment to just notice,

Right here,

Right now,

What it is like to see through the eyes of hope.

Looking around your space,

Noticing how your body arrives right here,

Right now,

As you embody hope.

Taking a moment to notice how hope moves you right into this moment,

Right here,

Right now,

Full of hope.
