Okay,

Assholes,

It's time to fill the soul and not the hole that sits inside of us sometimes.

So let's just take a seat,

Take a deep breath in,

Allow the breath to fill up your body and on the exhale,

Let go of all of the shit that's going on inside you right now.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Inhaling,

Sending the breath to all the parts of your body.

See if there's any tension on the exhale,

Just let it go.

We're going to continue inhaling and exhaling and being.

Each inhale is being and receiving,

Each exhale is being and giving.

If you have a thought,

It's okay,

Label it a thought.

If you have a fear,

It's okay,

Label it a fear.

Turn to your breath,

Receiving and giving and just being.

Inhaling and exhaling.

There's no need to take anything from the outside,

To fill anything on the inside.

All you have to do is sit and be.

Fill the thought of thought,

Return to your breath.

Take another deep inhale now and send that breath through all the parts of your body.

Move your body side to side,

Roll your shoulders back and forth and exhale.

Do that again,

Another big deep inhale.

Hold it at the top and exhale.

One more time,

Big inhale,

Holding it and exhale.

Push out any negative energy,

Any thoughts.

All you got to do is be.

At any time,

If you feel like you're about to overindulge,

Over sugar,

Over partner,

Over sex,

Over drink,

Over drug,

Any of that,

Try taking a seat for just a few minutes.

Inhaling,

Holding,

Exhaling,

Being.

Because quite honestly,

That is just enough.
