Take a comfortable seat or stand where you can breathe easily,

Close your eyes if it feels right,

And take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Let the weight of the night drift away as you arrive in this new morning,

Settling the body and breath.

Bring your attention to your body.

Notice the way your chest rises and falls,

Your shoulders soften,

Your jaw unclenches,

Feel your feet on the ground,

Steady and connected.

Breathe in a sense of calm,

Breathe out any tension or restlessness.

Each breath smooths the edges of your thoughts,

Clearing space for the day ahead.

Presence and awareness.

As you breathe,

Imagine a gentle golden light warming your chest.

With each inhale,

It expands,

Glowing through your ribs,

Shoulders,

And arms.

With each exhale,

It spreads outward,

Filling the room.

You are awake,

Alive,

And present.

Let this light remind you that each moment today is a new beginning.

Affirmations.

Repeat silently after me.

I greet this day with clarity and calm.

I trust myself to handle what comes my way.

I move through my day with ease and purpose.

My heart is open and my mind is clear.

I choose patience,

Kindness,

And confidence.

Today,

I create from a place of peace.

Feel each affirmation settle in your body.

They are simple truths,

Reminders of what you already hold within.

Visualization and grounding.

Now imagine yourself stepping into the day,

Feeling light,

Balanced,

And ready.

The light from your chest moves with you,

Protecting and energizing you.

Picture yourself smiling easily,

Speaking kindly,

And staying steady.

No matter what the day brings.

Breathe into that image.

This is your calm foundation.

You can return to it anytime.

Closing.

Take one last deep breath in,

And sigh it out slowly.

Gently open your eyes,

Bringing your awareness back to your surroundings.

Notice the light in the room,

The air on your skin,

And the quiet energy within you.

Carry this peace forward into your day.

You are centered,

Calm,

And ready.
