Meditation Timer OnlineJenny is an educator and meditation practitioner who believes that mindfulness is a powerful tool for personal transformation. With a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, she has spent her career exploring the intersection of mindfulness and education, focusing on the impact of mindfulness practices on social-emotional competencies. As a teacher, behavioral health coach, and client success manager, Jenny has worn several hats within the public education and ed-tech sectors. Her approach to teaching and consulting is characterized by empathy, curiosity, and a deep commitment to her students and clients. Jenny’s passion for mindfulness began over six years ago, and she continues to deepen her own practice as a student of renowned meditation teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. She views mindfulness as the “road back to ourselves” and is dedicated to helping others find their own path to inner peace and well-being.
