Meditation Timer OnlineJeremy McMahan is a meditation teacher, Tibetan Buddhist Scholar, and audio engineer based in Brooklyn, New York. After visiting Bhutan in High School, Jeremy fell in love with Buddhism and the Himalayas. He majored in Religious Studies at the College of William and Mary and studied abroad living with Tibetan communities in India and Nepal. After he graduated from college, he moved to New York City and began working at the Rubin Museum of Art, a Himalayan art museum in Manhattan. Jeremy worked there for several years as a tour guide and programming coordinator developing exciting ways to create personal connections between Himalayan Art and everday life. Now, Jeremy is focusing on teaching mindfulness meditation. He is available for private one on one meditation sessions.
