Welcome to this meditation called Spirit Animal Guidance.
Beginning by just getting comfy wherever you are.
Taking a nice deep breath in through your nose and gently letting that breath go out through your mouth.
On this next inhale,
If you can,
Close your eyes.
Breathing in through your nose and gently letting that go out through your mouth.
Now let's begin to slow down our breath by slowly breathing in for the count of five and exhaling out that breath for the count of six.
Letting this long deep breath help us tap into the sacred journey we are about to embark on.
So begin by slowly breathing in for the count of five.
And gently letting that breath go to the count of six.
One more time slowly breathing in that breath for the count of five.
And gently letting that breath out for the count of six.
Letting your breath now simply float in and out.
Just flowing and floating with your breath.
This meditation is designed to help you discover what animal guidance is supporting you and your energy in this beautiful precious moment.
Breathing in that intention and gently letting that go.
Beginning this journey by asking yourself,
How does your animal guidance help you connect to Mother Gaia?
Breathing in that connection and feeling it in your body.
How does your animal live on Mother Gaia?
Is it on the ground,
Through the soil,
In the water,
Or in the sky?
Breathing in that guidance and gently flowing that back out.
Now asking yourself,
How does this animal make you feel fearless?
Perhaps by how it's supported,
By other animals in its flock or its school or its herd or pack,
Tapping into its fearless energy.
Breathing in this guidance and gently letting that go.
Taking this journey even further by asking how your animal supports your creativity.
How does this animal bring new energy into your life?
Perhaps by how it survives,
Mates,
Or even thrives in its environment.
Breathing in that guidance and releasing it,
Flowing it back out.
Now asking yourself,
How does this animal help you stand,
Soar,
Or swim into your personal power?
Feeling and aligning to its powerful energy through every breath.
Especially feeling its power connect to your solar plexus.
With every inhale,
Feeling its power guiding you in this moment and exhaling that out.
Letting that power expand and begin to move towards your chest.
Feeling that power move up to your heart.
Letting your heart connect to this moment.
How does this animal flow in and around your heart?
Do they fly?
Do they walk?
Do they climb?
Do they jump?
Do they crawl or swim in and around your heart?
Feeling the way that they move and flow with your heart.
Feeling that movement with every breath.
Feeling that guidance in your heart.
Now exploring how this animal speaks to you.
Is it through its roar,
Its growl,
Its rattle,
Hiss,
Or chirp?
Listening to the way in which they communicate with you.
Hearing their voice with every breath.
Letting that voice guide you.
Now beginning to visualize the texture of your animal's skin.
Becoming mesmerized by it.
Visualizing it.
Seeing its fur,
Its coat.
Or perhaps fins,
Scales,
Feathers.
Allowing your animal guidance to help you connect even deeper.
Visualizing and connecting with your animal's skin in every breath.
Lastly,
Asking yourself how does your animal help you breathe into your oneness?
Your divine.
Your highest self.
Taking a few moments to feel this beautiful animal's guidance.
Speaking to your energy,
To your heart,
To your spirit.
Seeing this animal fully.

Just breathing in that animal guidance you just received.
And gently letting that go.
Breathing in all of this beautiful insight that you just experienced from your animal guidance.
To help you connect to your highest self.
Letting that go.
And send out our gratitude to our animal.
All the guidance it brought to us today.
By breathing in your gratitude.
Feeling it in your heart.
And sending out that gratitude to your animal.
Let's do that two more times.
Breathing in that gratitude.
And sending it out to your animal.
To Mother Gaia.
One last time breathing that in.
And exhaling out that gratitude.
Whenever it feels ready you can slowly begin to open your eyes.
