Hey friends,

Welcome back to a JBACs meditation.

I am grateful to share this meditation with you all on affirmations for confidence.

Find a comfortable space to practice this meditation.

Whether you are lying or seated,

Find a neutral position for your spine.

Take an inhale with me.

Inhale and exhale.

Now let's close our eyes if you have not already.

Allow your body to relax.

Let's start with the crown of our head.

Allowing for your scalp to release any tension and maybe feeling.

Place down your head to your temples,

Surrendering any thoughts and pressure that may be within.

Continue down to your jaw and your tongue.

Find yourself opening your throat.

If there is any tightness or lack of confidence in the words that you may share or that you have yet to share.

Making your way to your heart.

Letting go of any heartache or heaviness that may lie within.

Following down to your stomach,

Taking a deep breath filling your belly.

Allow for your belly to rise on your inhale and release on your exhale.

Moving to your pelvis and surrendering any tension that may be sitting with you.

To your kneecaps,

Allowing them to relax and thanking them for holding you each day.

On your way to your ankles,

To your feet,

To your toes as they support you and deserve this rest.

As our body is relaxed,

As we are now in tune from touching each part with our mind.

Let's begin to clear our thoughts.

Each day our mind creates thousands of thoughts.

Some are beautiful and blissful.

Others are full of worries and stress.

Allow for any thoughts that are within your creative mind to enter out.

Through your ears,

Through your temples,

Through the crown of your head.

Gently allow them to fall out into the space around you.

Knowing that you can always come back to them if they serve you.

But at this time,

Your mind is clear.

Your thoughts are becoming ready to receive affirmations for your confidence.

Let's take a deep inhale together.

In through your nose.

Hold and out through your nose.

And let's take another.

In through your nose.

Hold.

And this time,

Through your mouth.

Now find a breath that works for you.

And let's begin to receive affirmations for confidence.

When you hear these affirmations,

Believe them to be true.

As they are.

I am confident.

I am full of confidence.

I confidently speak for what I believe in.

I share myself authentically with the world.

I value who I am and what I offer to those around me.

I do my best and know that my best is well received.

If any thoughts have come into your headspace,

Any thoughts of disbelief within these affirmations you have heard.

Remind yourself that you are well deserving of these affirmations.

Now let's continue.

I have greatness inside of me.

I speak freely,

Share deeply,

And accept myself.

What I put out into the world,

I do confidently and true to who I am.

I am confident with the love I share with myself,

My family,

And my friends.

I am valued.

I create beautiful moments,

Memories,

And experiences.

I create beauty.

And I confidently accept all these affirmations.

As our affirmations come to an end,

Let's take one last deep breath to take in each affirmation that was received today.

Inhale and exhale.

Allow for these affirmations to rinse up your body from your toes to your feet,

Your ankles to your knees,

Your pelvis to your belly,

Your heart to your throat,

Tongue and jaw to your temple.

And lastly,

Allow these affirmations to come into your crown,

Into your mind,

Into who you are,

A confident being.

When you are ready to come back to your space,

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Gently blink your eyes open and smile confidently for who you are.
